Blackwood ink is by far the best tattoo shop in the area. I have been getting tattooed in the shop for months. Staff is always friendly, and the facility is extremely clean and provides a comfortable atmosphere. I get tattooed by Wayan. His work is clean, and always turns out amazing! Wayan is a 10 out of 5 star tattoo artist who always brings your ideas/wants to life. His attention to small details always leaves me in awe after getting a tattoo by him! All of the artists are amazing at Blackwood Ink, and I would feel confident sitting in any of their chairs for work- they all provide the best artwork in the area!! I recommend Blackwood Ink to everyone I know!!

Hands down best place I have ever gone to! Kris did his magic and gave me an amazing half sleeve, Ageng has given me 3 amazing tattoos and a fantastic rework from a old faded tattoo. Everyone in the shop is always friendly and awesome to talk to, each artist does amazing work to their style, anything from small scripts to massive pieces are always amazing from the shop. Been recommending Blackwood to many friends and will continue to support and go to them for my tattoos.

Ageng here does an amazing job. Some of the best line work / technique I’ve had in years of getting tattooed. Worth every penny and his work heals quicker and better than others I have had. Highly recommend.

I went for a small tattoo and was given an estimate of roughly $400 after waiting 3.5 hours for a sketch of a bird, professionalism was low and I won’t be revisiting because of this. I do no recommend.

Went in for an estimate and tried to negotiate a fair price because he was trying to over price for a simple roman numeral tattoo on my wrist , was told I was wasting his time and that he didn't have time for my kind was asked to leave.

This had to be the worse experience i’ve ever had getting my piercing and tattoos. The first time i came to get a nose piercing some time back i booked an appointment for 3pm and ended up leaving waiting until 9pm just to leave, Had to work overnight that night it was terrible gotten no sleep because of this. Then i came in today for a tattoo & they did an awful job on this it’s sloppy but this time my appointment was on time. But the art just looks overall just bad it’s oversized and not neat. They asked me to give them a review i guess they thought i was satisfied i should have learned my lesson the first time i won’t be coming here again.

Got a tattoo that wasn’t big at all not much detail either, charged me $650 crazy could’ve got that back in SC for $150-$200 at most. Never respond to messages or calls.

Just finished my leg sleeve with 4 days back to back with my favorite and only artist Kris! Wouldn’t do it with anyone else and he makes the process so easy! Thank you Kris and thank you Blackwoodinkusa for being awesome!
