I had called in advance to know what times their artist were doing walk ins. I understand that without an appointment u may be standing there for awhile. Me and my mom were there for 10 minutes and not a single asked how they could help. Multiple artist just walked by and didn’t acknowledge us.

I went to Permanent Addiction to get a price for the tattoo I want to get. Sign says "walk-ins welcome" however, I was not even acknowledge when I walked in. I waited and attempted to make eye contact with a few of the artists that I could see and I was completely ignored.

I rarely give bad reviews, but the guy on the phone was awful. Told me he wouldn't do a tattoo on my hand unless I have a full sleeve because "there's still a stigma with hand tattoos and it might effect your ability to get a job." He said most artists wouldn't do it, and hands have an extra charge above the shop minimum. I have heard from people who have gotten work done there that he's the only one that is tough to deal with. From the sound of it, he wasn't a tattoo artist himself. I feel bad posting this because of all the other great artists that are there, but this is not the first time I've heard things about this guy, and now I've experienced it myself. I hope they get a clue and either talk to this guy or get him out of there.

The guy ripped me and my friends off I payed $100 for a tattoo the size of a quarter and have gotten 7 tattoos prior to him and I don’t know how or where $100 came from. Also took 4 smoke breaks in the matter of an hour.

Had a horrible time trying to get one at outlaws so called them and Tom said to come in at 6 we showed up he had 4 clients waiting he was rude and seemed to only want to be rude and tell them to leave so he could leave too but thankfully Steve was nice enough and stayed much later to help God bless STEVE

Cait is hands down the most talented artist I have ever been tattooed by. She is so cool and keeps it real. She was super excited from start to finish and that really made me feel confident that I chose the best artist. I gave her 18 very different succulents for reference and she did them all so well it’s like she just laid them on my skin straight from nature. She really took the time to make sure she chose the best colors to make everything come together. Her skill level is out of this world and you can tell that she is very passionate about what she does. I have been showing off this tattoo all summer and I’m honored to have one of Cait’s masterpieces. So if you want a very well-thought out and perfectly detailed tattoo go to Cait! I will definitely be going back to her for my future tattoos!

Went for some piercing work- when I went the first time the guy outside smoking told me to come back in 2 or 3 hours then the the gal would be there..I called 4 times prior heading back no answer. Went back well over 4 hours to see the same guy outside smoking to only tell me, “doesn’t look like she’s here and I didn’t even know if she’ll be in” I stated how many times I called before coming all the way back across town..he stated, “don’t know what to tell you we are all busy.” Obviously not busy enough to look and sound unprofessional and incompetent. Went to Electric Crayon and had amazing service and answered their phone right away.

We had appointments with Scuba Steve for two months. When I texted two days prior to our very long drive to see him, I clarified that he would have enough time to get us in....I even briefly reminded him what we were looking for. When we arrived, he left to buy supplies leaving us to sit there for 30 minutes. After he brought us back to his work area, he was already irritable and obviously unhappy with what we were asking him to tattoo on us. (we could tell by the way he tore the outline paper off with a sigh!) after explaining what we wanted, we thought he understood....what he gave us was the opposite. It turned out looking like a 6 year old drew a coloring book page! Then he charged us $300 for that 1.5 hour session. We left in tears, trying not to throw up from the stress on the long drive home!
