Erik, and VBA in general are just amazing! I suffer from mental health and Erik has always been so kind and patient with me being the way that I am. He's also super sanitary and is a pro at what he does! I wouldn't get my piercings done anywhere else

Very unprofessional. Challenging to communicate with them. Listed hours of operation are incorrect online and on their door. When trying to get assistance with an issue that we had with one of their piercings, were unable to reach them. No voicemail or answering machine. Doors were locked when we arrived, at 2:00 in the afternoon on a Tuesday. When we were finally able to connect on Facebook, they were condescending and unwilling to help. We went to Electric Crayon, and they were AMAZING. Professional, clean facilities, knowledgeable, happy to assist us. Wish we had used them originally.

Vibrant Body Arts is amazing! I've been looking for a piercing and tattoo home since moving here a year ago and I think I found it. From the second I walked in the door Erik made me feel welcome and at home. I could tell instantly he is passionate about what he does and super knowledgeable. He even customized my jewelry color for the rook piercing he did for me, which I've never seen in any other shop before. 10/10 recommend and I will be going back soon!

Excellent experience! Im going to have a Celtic cross repaired on my right arm. Before my husband passed away we had matching crossed on our right upper arms. We had always heard that its bad luck to have someone's name put on.(Remember "Winona Forever"?) So hence, the crosses. Problem: They didnt match. Mine looks like an apple tree and his looked like Sloth, from The Goonies. (baby RUTH?) Reason: they were masterly crafted by my daughter's no talented fiance, who, unveknownest to us, was drunker than cooter brown. (Who IS Cooter Brown, anyway?) Solution: I will pay a visit to the artistes at Vibrant Body Arts for repairs. I talked to Erik today, and i think we can work out a reasonable plan. Thank you, Erik. #########UPDATE########## I was very disappointed to be told something, and then to be blocked for no reason at all. My feelings were extremely hurt. I'm 66 years old, and it's nice to think that there is a backup in case you need something. Then to be treated like we are criminals is very demeaning. Please forgive me for whatever I did wrong. Thank you.

I won't go anywhere else for body modification or piercings. Erik is extremely professional and thorough. He explains his process before he executes. He makes sure that you are comfortable and within your pain tolerance. I went in to have plugs put in my ears and he took the time to measure out where I was at and didn't even flinch at my underestimated size and having to use multiple tapers. I picked out a nose ring on a whim and expected to just be sent home with the jewelry but he installed it for me even with my worry of not having jewelry in for so long. Still having concern for my pain tolerance. Worth every cent!
