We were the first people in the door on a Saturday. 4 of us looking to get tattoos, 4 different artists working. Without even trying, we ended up being perfectly matched with the artist best suited for our tattoo. Timothy was amazing! He took my idea and gave me exactly what I was looking for, with a small suggestion on how to make it a little sharper! I am absolutely in love with it! These guys are awesome and I love that they only do walk ins. Would definitely recommend! Clean shop, great atmosphere, very talented artists! We'll all be back!

I got my nose pierced here on Feb 25th and it was the best experience ever. Everyone was so friendly. Timothy did a killer job on a grim reaper I wanted on my arm, and some fine line on my wifes wrist. The Lineworks is super solid and punched in. 10/10 recommend. Also talked with the owner for a while when we were in and he is HILARIOUS! Can't wait to come back next time we are in town!

Honestly the guy was very nice who did my tattoo. My wife was told to come back two days later for another guy to do hers who was good at the line work i guess. We went back two days later and i got my tattoo and the guy for hers wasn’t there. We went to eat to wait on him as the lady and other man said he would be there by 130. When we came back he still wasn’t there and now wasn’t answering their calls after we waited for him all morning and went back two days later just for him. Again the lady and man were very nice to us and apologized i just think it was unprofessional for the artist to know we were waiting on him. They made sure he would be there by 130 and then he ghosted us and them so we had to go somewhere else. On the other hand I’m not really to sure what happened with my tattoo but this is how it healed. It’s raised high up off my skin as well. And honestly if the one foot lines were straight and the toes were not blobs i would be extremely happy. It’s been two weeks since i got this so it’s still healing i guess but i can see the toes and foot lines are very un even. This tattoo meant a lot to me so now that i have to go somewhere else to get it redone is bothersome. I have no idea how to reply to the owners comment but we went to the 239 East Parkway, Gatlinburg, TN 37738 location. I believe Justin is who did my tattoo. And Eddie is the one who we were supposed to come back for and did and he never showed. EDIT:i have attached a photo of my tattoo a year later and you can see how blown out it is Unfortunately

Both of the guys were friendly when we came in and the shop was clean. Tim did our tattoos and took the time to help us figure out exactly the script and placement. After that was done, the actual tattoo time was quick and it looks amazing. Highly recommend for great service and quality.
