I just went in for a piercing change and possibly a new piercing. The piercing guy was not very friendly. I got a lot of shrugs and "dunnos". Pretty disappointed in the service. I hope the tattooers are better!

Jacob did an excellent job and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. This business is CLEAN. I was impressed with the consistent hand-washing, gloves, and sterile equipment. I went into Division Street Tattoo Company as a walk in. Was greeted at the door and immediately helped. First thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the shop. This is close to my 30th tattoo and I never have had a experience like I did with this shop. Hope was my tattoo artist and was extremely kind and pleasant. Not to mention very fun and easy to talk to. Made the whole experience pleasant and accommodated to all my suggestions and wants for the tattoo's. Came out better than I could have ever expected. With all the other artists around (Steve, Ina, and Mario) as friendly as they were made it even more enjoyable. I 100% will be coming back and referring anyone who asks me about my ink to Division Street Tattoo.

Trevor was nice and the shop is nice but the pricing of the piercing is high. I paid 160 for 2 ear(rook and helix( piercings but went to Lone Wolf and paid 75 for tragus and daith. Huge difference.

The owner is very responsive to messages, and both him and the piercer were very knowledgeable and efficient. I had my lobes done a few years ago, but my body did not take well to whatever jewelry the other shop had used. I had been messaging around & this shop is one that had full info and websites sent to me to inform me of their jewelry selections. (Their a APP piercing spot). (Spoiler, they have top grade jewelry! Which is 5 ⭐️‘S all on its own). I had to wait behind 2 other walk ins(easy peasy), and then the piercer (Trevor?) got me in back. Very well lit, very open space, super clean shop. And honestly, the piercing area isn’t grungy and scary- which would be good for kids. I’ve been into a couple shops where to walk to the back piercing station, the kids saw some creepy photos lol. Not a problem as an adult, but as a kid I’m sure it could leave an impression. This place had the piercing station/area right up front. Oh and their bathroom was super clean too!
