This was my third time going back for their gumball machine tattoos and unfortunately I didn’t get one as the prices skyrocketed. The past 2 previous times were $65 for one and now the price is $110 for the same 1 inch size. It’s disappointing to see places get greedy.

I loooooooooove Brittney!!!!! She’s such a gem, and I feel so luuuuuucky to have been referred to her!! Personable would be an understatement!! She feels like a best friend I visited!!! My mom, sister, and I all got piercings and were very pleased with the results!! (I got a forward helix and eyebrow pierced, mom went with an industrial, and my sister had her lip done! ❤️) Brittney was fantastic at making suggestions, and honestly, the pain was more of a pinch than getting stabbed with a 16 gauge needle!! 🤣 So, if you’ve been considering a piercing but worry about the pain, don’t!! Just make sure Brittney is working!! ❤️ The receptionist was wonderful too! We had a great time cutting up with her! (I want to say her name was Jennifer, but if I’m wrong, please forgive me!!) It was a long wait but damn worth it!! ❤️😌💯

Had an appointment scheduled for 7 pm to get my son his first tattoo.They calledy son at 6:15 pm and advised him they had cancelled his appointment because they had to many walk ins to do. What is the use of having an appointment. Went back to shop and spoke to lady working the front with not even as much as an apology from her. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Customer service was poor.

Highly recommend!!!! Great service and super friendly and accommodating staff! My partner and I went in for small, simple wrist tattoo and a nose piercing about an hour and a half before closing while most of the staff were finishing up with other clients and we did not feel rushed at all, on the contrary, we received excellent service from both the piercer and tattoo artist! If you’re looking to get a spontaneous piercing or tattoo while on vacation, definitely visit them!

Came into Gatlinburg with family and chose this studio to get our work done! I got in touch with them beforehand and was able to have great communication through their Facebook messenger, booking 4 tattoos all at the same time together. The atmosphere of the studio is bright and fun, everyone laughing and cracking jokes. You feel very welcome when you come in and wait! Our tattoos turned out exactly like we all wanted them; they were all amazing!! The artists even added us a few creative touches to make them even more special! The only bad thing I can say is that we left a relative in the car watching my one year-old until I could get finished because my tattoo was fairly small and only took about 20 or 30 minutes… But my artist didn’t even get to the shop until an hour after my appointment time, without anything sketched up yet, so we ended up having to wait a while and leave her out in the vehicle for that long. We all ended up finished with our tattoos at almost the exact same time though, so it worked out well that way at least. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and will be back!!

JD!!!! That dude was amazing! Such a skilled artist. My husband and I came in for honeymoon tattoos, we gave JD a hard task. The Sagittarius constellation with intricate straight lines and small ( I mean really small) stars. We were so happy that we actually made another appointment for two days later and went back to see him. The shop is super clean and everyone that we met greeted us with smiles on their faces. Rhonda the owner was referred to us by a local down the street at the Ax throwing bar (go figure) hahahaha. She has a great place with great artist what more could you ask for? 5 stars all day.
