Absolute horrible customer service. Simply called asking for an artist name and got hung up on after having been giving attitude by the woman who answered the phone. Super rude and unprofessional. Would give zero stars if possible.

The experience here was fantastic from start to finish! I called to see if there was any time available for a walk in and was told there was plenty of space to come on in. The environment is welcoming, I felt super comfortable and everyone was so kind. I went in for a very small tattoo of my sons name and left with a piercing as well. I will definitely only be coming here from now on.

Definitely would leave no stars if I could, whoever helped me was a jerk and walked off on me while I was speaking. It was an issue from jump trying to get a nose piercing. All he had to say was they’re the most expensive shop in the area and if I wanted the piercing to be cheap I could find someone else around the area. I don’t recommend this place. Word of advice humble yourself
