Tita was very professional and did a great job on my phoenix tattoo, tweaking the design to just what I wanted. The shop is clean and organized and they atmosphere was perfect.

Lucky Mac is working on my new huge koi tattoo. He is the best at koi and dragons in Austin! I still have a ways to go before it’s done but very impressed so far with his design and placement.

First off, Kyle the owner seemed very professional & talented as I watched him work on a client and then deal with a customer complaint with calm- thank you. Secondly, my artist Victoria did a tiny piece on my forearm that probaly any 10 year old could have done in the time it took for a tenth of the price...welcome to Austin, I guess. I have a number of art pieces on my body from reputable artist in the Oakland Bay Area & have never seen nor heard of such prices. It took her about 40 minute & I paid $250. Very unhappy.

Got some great work done 4 years ago here, so I went in to have them draw something up and the guy didn’t seem to have any interest his work. Nor did he want to spend the time to draw up a custom design and got defensive like I was tryna take his design somewhere else before even listening to what I had to say. Honestly there tattoos don’t even look that good anymore. Better off with higher end artist.

Not happy I called confirmed everything was ready for October appointment and was leo is no longer there, so felt like we got ripped off with and reporting to bank dispute the email giving not active and failed attempt... we was hoping get the tattoo

Definitely my new shop! I just moved to the area and was looking for a new shop, a friend recommended this one and after checking it out I scheduled! Victoria De Leon did an amazing job with a hard location to tattoo! The energy/vibes and artists here from what I was able to conclude are amazing. Like I said, definitely my new shop! P.S. they have really cool floors, lol. Can’t wait for my next!!! 💓💃🏼

I have been getting tattooed for a very long time, all around the world and this little shop in north Austin can and will compete with the best of them. The shop is under construction but I was told about the plans and they are BAD A$$. They vibe is great. No more scary tattoo shop vibe like most of us remember from back in the day. I was there for about 4.5 hours and enjoyed every minute of it. The quality of the service and product is a 10. I know its a 10 because I have gotten a 2 and 4 at other places. If you are looking for a top class experience and product you would be a fool not to start here. the service is not cheap, but than again good tattoos arent cheap and cheap tattoos arent good. #eatmammothcreameries

Currently going through construction so the shop can be a bit crowded if they get busy but the staff is very friendly and have a wide range of talent. Only weird part was that if you pay with a card, the payment system asks for the tip up front. You can decline this and tip cash at the end. It's just strange that you're put in that position before you ever get your tattoo.

Received my first tattoo here with Tita Jewels. She was professional and kind. Very clean shop. Thank you for the fleur de lis. Its awesome!

Classy tattoo shop. Very clean and feels like a salon. Cool music, too. Multiple artists to get just the right look you want.

My sister and I got out first tattoo here. We were excited to get matching butterfly tattoos. Zach seemed rushed and performed inadequate work. Our simple and small butterfly tattoo was totally unsatisfactory. He even said the tattoo lines would travel and close when I pointed out there were lines that were open. James at 10-32 Tattoo fixed it and gave us the tattoo we dreamed of and expected.

After years of really wanting a tattoo but not knowing where to begin, I got a recommendation from an already-inked family member to speak to Kevin, whose work she was quite happy with. I joined her towards the end of her marathon appointment with Kevin, and got to talk to him for a while. He was pleasant, informative, and helpful, even going so far as to discuss the ingredients in the ink he uses because I was concerned about reactions with my ridiculously sensitive skin. I booked an appointment with him on the website soon after, though he was booked months in advance. Poor Kevin had to deal with me calling the studio half a zillion times with my newb questions in those few months, but remained gracious and patient each time. Appointment day finally rolls around, I see the artwork on paper, and I'm instantly in love with it. A few small tweaks, and it's perfect. I discussed my strategies for not freaking out about needles with Kevin before we started (I don't look, you don't warn me, and please make conversation) and he was happy to oblige those requests. It went beautifully! I have since gone back for my second tattoo, and I'm planning the next 37. 🤣 Thanks, Kevin!

I have no idea why Google would ask me to review this business only because I viewed their website. In all fairness I think people should only be allowed to leave reviews if you paid for their services.

Leolo is a very experienced, gentle,artist. This is my second tattoo by him and will be back for more in the future

Tom Cueller did my tattoo, he did a great job. Communicated well about the tattoo before he started working. I'm so happy with his work. Didn't hurt, is healing great. I am just so pleased. I will go to him for my next one.
