He was very patient thru the whole process, answered all my questions, & was very accommodating with the placement, size, & colors I chose for my tattoo. Went to get my daughter's ears pierced in June for her birthday was told the wait was over 2 hours after paying, the guys up front assured us we could come back at a later date to receive the piercing as the wait was too long for a 5 year old. We tried to make appointment after appointment and got the run around because they kept deciding to do $5 piercing on the days we made appointments. Now they are refusing to honor it or give a refund after months of the run around and then closing for over a week and then "running out of earrings" . Showed them the paperwork and they are saying we never paid. Last tattoo I got from their was horrible too. Faded and can't even read it.
