I went in for a navel piercing and upon entrance, the environment was friendly and clean. I got my piercing done by Lua and she was so sweet, made me feel so comfortable, and explained everything in detail down to the aftercare. She was very gentle and professional. I have used this shop for 17 years and will not be coming back. I got my first tattoo there in 2005, I have gotten near all of my tatts there since, always quality and respect. Apparently this is when BillyJack owned it. I went in there yesterday with my wife, designs, sizes, and everything in hand. We were both going to be getting tattoos. Excessive language from the staff aside, the 2 artists that would have been working on my wife and I needed a translator. Okay, translator aside, we still were optimistic as the shop has never done us wrong and we know produces quality work. We waited till the first design came out after an hour (again both designs were designed and sized perfectly, not my first tatt) and for a basic, 2x4 inch BLACK tatt, this guy says its a 350.00 job. My wife and I begin showing bigger tatts that we have got from that exact shop for half the price. To say I feel insulted isn't enough. We went elsewhere and recieved exactly what we wanted for half of his quoted price. We didn't even stay to see what the other artist "designed" for my wife, hers was infinitely more detailed, and the kicker is that I DESIGNED THE TATTS ALREADY, SIZE AND COLOR, AND THEY STILL SPENT AN HOUR TO NOT GET US A DESIGN THAT WAS ALREADY DESIGNED. This is incredibly sad to write, I loved this shop, but it's not worth the gamble to go back, the new staff here is too young and doesnt respect the clientele. From not listening, to flat out insult of price, and absolute lack of decorum. I've spent thousands at this shop, and brought new clientele in as well, it's sad to say good bye, so adios.

I was a walk-in here on a weekday afternoon and had a brilliant experience. The staff were friendly, the place was clean. Hendrix did my tattoo and was super professional (which mattered a lot as it was on an intimate area). I am so pleased with how the tattoo turned out and the price was super reasonable. Went to see Jack for a helix and forward helix, ended up going back for double helix and nipples. Jack is great, very knowledgeable and answered all my questions without getting frustrated (and I’m an anxious person). Has helped me every time I’ve gone back for jewelry changes (cause I’m a baby about doing it myself). She’s super funny and makes you feel comfortable.
