They quoted me $300 for three small words in script. When I told the guy I was not willing to pay that much he made it seem like there was no way anyone would charge any less...despite the fact I knew that was ridiculous considering I got my spine done in script for 1/3 of the price. Anyways point is... I went ahead and went to Lizard ink where they charged half the price, were wayy nicer and did a fantastic job!!!

Worst piercing expierence ever. I went to get my tongue pierced I had to wait for the piercer to get there (about 15min) I was the only person at the shop. Then 2 other people show up wanting a tattoo and the piercer guy I was waiting for was also the only one doing tattoos. He came in brought me to the back and was rushing the entire time because he wanted to get to tattooing the other people. I did not feel confortable about him rushing. He told me to stick out my tongue he did not use clamps to hold my tongue and i was panicking at the point (it was so rushed) when I was sticking my tongue out and he was holding it with his hands i tried to stop him because I felt like he was going to poke straight into my lip the way he was about to pierce it but it was to late and he poked through my tongue. Luckily It did not pierce my lip but when i put my tongue back in with the barbell on something didnt feel right. I looked at it in the mirror and the piercing was crooked. The piercer left the room so fast and lowered the price but he didnt even acknowledge what he did wrong. He was already talking to the other people not even 15 seconds after he pierced my tongue wrong. I definitely dont recommend ever getting a piercing at this shop.
Ciara did such an amazing job giving three of us matching tattoos! She was super polite and funny, my sister and cousin were getting tattooed for the first time and she was great with them. Thanks so much Ciara, I will be back for my next tattoo!!!

These guys are awesome! JD tattooed us and did a great job. He took our inspo pictures and made them fit what we wanted. Super fast and light handed! The environment was friendly too which is not always normal for a tattoo shop. I’ll definitely be back!
I’ve gotten my fair share of tattoos and this was hands down the most enjoyable experience ever! Everyone was super attentive and caring about providing the best ever experience ever. Rob did an amazing job listening to what I wanted and translating that to a work of art. This part is always nerve-racking when you’re talking to a tattoo artist, but he was very patient. Not only did the tattoo itself come out better than I could ever imagine, the entire experience was so enjoyable. I will definitely come back here again!

Whatever you do, do not get tattooed by Paul. Less than a week after getting a tattoo by him, I reached out and let him know I wasn’t satisfied with his work. Instead of offering to fix it or give me some of my money back he was rude and disrespectful. He told me to pick better designs next time and not to blame him for my poor judgment. Idk about you, but being in the customer service industry, I know that you can’t be rude to people that drive your income. Honestly, the tattoo is missing a whole finger and he was totally disrespectful to me. Just a heads up do not go to him!!!!

I spontaneously found Jade online today, and she helped me curate a really cool look for my ear to balance it out. She was friendly, professional, and made me feel totally at ease. Went here for a My hero academia piece, and came out with this glorious 1 of a kind Dabi Tattoo. The Artist Dicky was extremely professional, clean, and made this come out as more than I expected. Few things to know, the appointment was made ahead of time, discussed doing the character mentioned above, and he delivered, was great with communication with the plans and relaying them to me to make sure it was perfect.
Plan on going back when I get my Berserk Tattoo fixed up, and up 100% plan on having Dicky do that one as well. 15/10 would go again. 20/20 Would HIGHLY recommend Dicky.
If you're looking for an artist that specializes in realistic tattoos, look no further. Chris is a master with realistic 3D tattoos. It took him 2.5 hours to create a very realistic scorpion, the size of dinner plate, on my upper back. All the compliments I have received state that it looks like an actual living scorpion is on my back. I will continue to take my tattoo ideas for future projects to Chris.

Chris did an amazing job from start to finish. These were my first tattoos, so I had lots of questions and he did a great job answering them. His designs were far better than anything I had seen before and I didn't ask for a single change to his sketches. Everyone there was very friendly and it was a fun atmosphere. R.J. had a contest on his instagram, and my girlfriend was entered in via posting. Unfortunately she lost but he saw her dedication and sent a $100 tattoo card for her. After a month of planning (due to living in Texas) we came in and after 5/6 hours of chair time we both got these beautiful pieces. The girl on her arm is from a anime and she looks exactly like her. "Looks like a sticker!!" is what we all said to it!
For me I got a galaxy forearm sleeve start and the colors are so unreal and prettiest galaxy tattoo I have ever seen. He was such a awesome person to chill and talk with I felt like I knew him as well as the others in the shop ( I forget everybody's name unfortunately) were so informative and helpful with any questions we could think about. Without a doubt me and my girlfriend are coming back for more if not all of our tattoos. 100% the BEST TATTOO SHOP WE HAVE EVER BEEN TO!
If I could give more stars I would! Rylee did a great job on my traditional eagle! Rylee is an amazing artist! I will definitely be coming back and there is no one else I’d trust more. She was very informative about the healing process as well.

Okay first of all, Rylee does AMAZING work. I’ve been going to her for a couple years now and I walk in with her already having an idea because at this point she knows exactly what I like. Many shops shame people for asking questions and over all just don’t make the shop a home for their clients. Every time I see Rylee I am completely calm and comfortable. She’s a good listener and takes the time to get to know you and I love her 😭 highly recommended

Wow, what a great experience! I did a lot of research before deciding on the Midway location, and I am so glad I made this choice. I came in for my first tattoo tonight, and Chris put me completely at ease right away. He explained everything he was going to do, made sure I was getting just what I wanted, was very attentive with regard to making sure it was in just the right spot, and told me he wouldn’t do anything until it was exactly the way I wanted it. Needless to say, it is EXACTLY what I wanted. I could not be happier. He was very thorough explaining about the after-care, and answered all my questions. He was just wonderful. The shop is clean and bright and the guys are all super friendly. If I get another tattoo I will absolutely come back here. I highly recommend this location.
Chris Benavides did an amazing job on my tattoo. I could not be more happy with it. He took the time to make sure I made the right decisions and also triple checked to make sure I hadn't made any mistakes.
