Got my nose pierced and it was okay. The piercer was having an attitude bc I came in the middle of him doing nothing. Called 3 weeks later because I wanted to know the gauge size and the person who answered the phone was rude. Answered the phone by saying tattoo place and I was taken back. It just got worst from there. Need to learn phone etiquette because you get a lot of reviews saying the same thing Update: Also they pierced me wrong. I had to take them out bc it didn’t look right and go to a different piercer (not at stainless tattoo) once they healed. The way they pieced my 3 nose piercings was so bad that my new piercer was taken aback by how poorly it was done. They only pierce at this location to make a quick buck!

I called to make an appointment to get a piercing. I was told by Josh they don’t make appointments. He would stop in the middle of his tattoo and complete piercing. May have to wait 20 minutes. I drove 45 minutes to be told to come back at 6pm because we needed to make an appointment because he was too busy. Not only that he was very disrespectful and unpleasant.

I came in because I was having a issue with a piercing I had gotten at another shop to see if someone had any information about what I can do to fix my infection. Josh not only told me what the issue was but explained how the keloids were formed and what I can do to fix them and how long it would take. After that he put the piercing back effortlessly knowing that if I was to try it on my own I wouldn’t be as successful. It was extremely thoughtful and I will be referring the shop to all of my friends.

I got 3 piercing from Amber I'm a very anxious person and she handled it well I will definitely recommend and be back in the future UPDATED I have since realized she pierced me wrong. my vch had to be removed as it was to shallow and my nipple piercings have had constant issues since getting them because she pierced a very small part of my areola I know she doesn't work here anymore but please find a piercer that is app certified pretty sure this place will not have one.

This place is awesome! I only went in for replacement jewelry this time. Stephanie helped me and she was nice to work with and the prices are very reasonable. They charge $35 for an ear piercing including jewelry. As soon as my newest piercing heals a little more I’m going in for my forward helix! Can’t wait to go back!
