Elliot was very rude and unprofessional. It’s okay to try to educate someone but straight up telling us no to what we want because HE doesn’t think it will look good, is not how I wanted my 21st birthday outing to go. He then tried to refuse to give us back the $500 we gave him before deciding to try somewhere else after not even being in the shop for 10 minutes, and ironically wouldn’t show us on the sign in sheet where it supposedly said no refunds. He continuously talked down on mine and my boyfriends other tattoos pretty much the whole time we were there. Will not be returning.

Got my first tattoo here on 15 Oct 22. They were super personable from the time I called to the time I sat down to get my work done. My artist Chelsea did an AMAZING JOB and even went the extra mile to make some minor improvements to the original design (excellent attention to detail). The atmosphere is great! They are my go to for tattoo work now

They take pride on being personable, and it is 100% truly felt. No judgement on the type of tattoo, all encouragement to make it yours. Cool place, the guy who did my friends piercing told me to put my phone away now and that its not allowed very rudly and mean mugged me when he could've just asked nicely. Ruined the whole experience and vibe so if you want professionalism and experience recorded/pics don't go here.

Called them beforehand for a nose hoop piercing to make sure they had it and the person who answered the phone did say they will do it and to come after 7pm. I drove 30 minutes and paid 20 dollars for parking just for them to say they don't have the hoops in stock. Was super disappointed..
