I needed a nose ring replacement and a ball for my eyebrow ring. Girl at the front desk was very helpful and super friendly. The cute blonde girl Meggy was very gracious and put the attachment ball back on for me. I will for sure be conducting my future business with them.

Josh and Dave have both done beautiful work on me. Always purely professional and clean business. I had recently started suffering from Graves Disease which caused me to shake a lot before my tattoo appointment came. Josh was tattooing my shin and we decided to do line work first then the shading/coloring a few weeks later as I was shaking a lot at this time. Not only was the tattoo executed perfectly on someone who was shaking the entire time he made the experience not as stressful and the decision to do two sittings was the right way to go the tattoo healed perfectly. Before you say “oh well he did it in two sessions to charge you double” this was a tattoo given to me out of the kindness of his heart for my volunteer work for their shop that was only 3 days of work that was fun it wasn’t even work. How many artists do you think would offer that and do two sessions for free? Josh Painter did. Dave did my memorial tattoo for my dad. It’s a bass. Fish are very hard to tattoo and this one is beautiful! My dad would be honored. I recommend this shop.

Ink By Dr Smooth has no business being in the tattoo industry. His boss looks like a clown defending his actions. If only he knew all the things Dr heavy handed said about him and stole from him he would think different. SMH

Had went in yesterday to get my tongue pierced told the lady at the front desk which piercing I wanted specifically,told me the piercer had just left and to come back tomorrow. I come back only to find out that they do not do tht piercing or ANY tongue piercing besides the middle one. Would highly be appreciated if you guys updated the services you do provide

I'm a long time patron, every one of the artists are amazing and the shop is always clean. Very professional staff and always make you feel welcome and comfortable. Dave is my main artist of choice but would trust any of them with my skin. They are close knit and very supportive of one another. Many of the staff will come check on you as you wait or as you are bringing tattooed to see if they can make you experience better. I recommend all my friends and family come here for all their tattoo, custom art and piercings.

Called this place asking when they would cut off Friday the 13th tattoos and was told they would take people until 8 when they close. Get to the place at 7 after driving an hour from Dallas and was told they were no longer taking anybody.

Don’t pay by the hour or you will get screwed. Long set up times, smoke breaks every hour and artist purposely taking there time. Rip off….

Had some Intimate piercings done here, the man who did my piercings was very professional and I felt very comfortable. Everything was clean and the process was quick. 10/10

If I could give Chris I believe his name was 100* I would surely for his ink laying and his piercing my septum! Did excellent on my daughters belly button as well thank u so much for a memory I'll cherish forever!

Needed a belly button ring in a pinch. They were very nice on the phone when I called, then they held the jewelry for me!
