I absolutely loved it here. Neil has been doing my moms tattoos for years and I got my first one done by him. I just turned 18 and was so nervous. He made it very comfortable and kept me laughing and overall good conversations the whole way. Will only be going to him for any others I want done.

Buyer beware: entirely hit or miss. It’s either a great or awful experience. I very rarely give 1-2 stars to any business, but given the price and the circumstances, I can’t say I have much room for the rating. Positive: they were willing to work with my brother and I on a walk in. Negative: everything following.. A friend of mine urged me to share my experience with getting work done at an unfamiliar shop and after my brother and I went in to get tattoos (designed by me) about a year ago. And we were both pretty happy with the outcome. Roughly 2-3 weeks later after the healing process.. we both ended up paying for new work, to get our designs redone by a professional in Stl, where I usually go. I was surprised with how it ended up turning out, a lot of reviews were positive and a lot of the work displayed appeared to be solid. But, we both ended up extremely disappointed. My brother had a much better before and after. Bottom line: we essentially paid to get painful rough drafts. I can’t speak for shading, but just expect very thin and faint lines. I regret wasting my money here.

Have been here two times (multiple sessions both times) and been really pleased with the work. I have worked with Dan both times and already scheduled for a 3rd tattoo with him. Prices are reasonable for the work completed, location is easy enough to get to and in the heart of Houston surrounded by good restaurants to go to before or after to celebrate!

Inquired at this tattoo shop, for a memorial tattoo of my mom, Homer.. was the only artist there on a Saturday at 3p. There was 6-7 ppl. waiting. Other artists weren't coming in til 6p. He was very welcoming, I didn't have hours of time to wait!

Went in to get two small tattoos with a friend to be told it was a 45 minute wait. 1hr and 15 min wait later the next walk in was going before us with no explanation. When I asked, I was told we were to wait for someone in particular and it would be a “35” min more wait and left. Customer service is terrible and shop minimum is $80.

two of my friends have had terrible service here. one of them put in their deposit and never even got their tattoo drawn and the other got a tattoo that wasn’t even completely shaded and the tattoo is no bigger than a quarter. unacceptable.

From the time we stepped inside to the time we left Jacque gave us great customer service and did a great job on what we asked for. She cleaned everything accordingly and made sure to put privacy screens up which made us feel more comfortable for the tattoos we were getting. I’m definetly going back on my next trip to houston.

Based on the reviews, the tattoos are amazing. That's why I went. Customer service is severely lacking though. Walked in and was told to wait--after I had to search for someone even to care that a new customer walked in. I get the easy-going vibe thing but having to wait 5-10 minutes for anyone to notice and care someone walked in is not pleasant. After waiting turned into around 25 minutes with still no one caring (after the 1st lackluster worker), I walked out. Went nearby to the nearby shop.
