Well had planned to get a piercing and go get cash since they don’t take card but the girl had a rude attitude… was on her phone the whole time she spoke with me. Taking my money somewhere else.

I went there twice. My first experience was great, I loved my tattoos so I decided to go again…not the best decision. My second experience was okay but not great. My artist that I had scheduled with and paid a deposit with, says he wants to reschedule for a later time (okay cool, not a problem). Then he comes in like 20 mins late (still fine, things happen). But he then takes like 30 mins to create the tattoo stencils (I literally had scheduled this appt like a month ago). I get the tattoos, everything good. A few days later I noticed, minor errors (some spots like need more ink) on like 3 of tattoos. I message the artist and he was very nice and offers to touch them up but to wait until they’re healed (okay cool). I messaged him once they healed and he says he can only do certain days that I can’t do, I tell him my schedule so we can work around this. He stops replying to me, after reading my messages and i sent multiple to get an answer but no response. Disappointed. I wish y’all well but I will no longer come here.

I've gotten so many compliments about the small piece I got on my arm. The detail is great and exactly what I wanted. Will be returning for more work

0 start The people are rude on phone and on person . If you dont like your job dont do it you dont have to be rude to people and my experience and other they always hang up on people. This place is not professional at all

Been coming here for about 10 years since they opened and never had a bad experience. Seen every artist. Saw Sysco past 2 times on a walk in basis and he did awesome!

Juan Chavez did an amazing job with my tattoo the color, the shading its perfect i totally recommend honestly i will be going back for my third tattoo soon!

Juan Chavez has been nothing but professional and caring anytime I’ve been tattooed by him. Great guy. Does outstanding work and you can be a wimp(listen within reason) about tattoos such as myself and he keeps you calm. 10/10 would recommend.

All the tattoo artist at this tattoo shop are very experienced and very pleasant. You do have to call for an appointment and they do not allow kids in the shop. And the piercer is very good and also pleasant.

This place is always welcoming and such a great place to come to. Shout out to Juan, my all time artist, who I go to every time I come in to get some art done. He’s a caring professional artist who always makes sure that you like what’s being done. During the process, he makes sure you’re comfortable and that he’s not putting you through too much pain. Of course depends on your pain tolerance too. Did a great cover up on my ankle where people couldn’t even tell it was a cover up. Recently, after the cover up I started up on my arm sleeve and it’s came out just as how I imagined it to be if not better! Juan has never let me down on the outcome and pricing. His art and line work on tattooing gets compliments every time someone sees my tattoos. Overall, all the artists there are always welcoming and offer such a reasonable price. I’ve been coming here for years and brought along friends and family to them to get work done there too.

I had 2 tattoos from here my first tattoo They messed up my tattoo i just found out because it just got pointed out 3 years later!. I asked for my tattoo in Roman numerals and the date is not right, what’s so hard that you can’t use a Roman numeral generator instead messing up something I am going to have forever. The individual I had didn’t like people or something he’s old and grey hair and wears glasses chicano don’t go to him, I seen him the second time he still looks the same & looks like he don’t like his job or people he just saw me as someone that they could take my money fast and not care about the work.
