i went to get my 3rd ear lobes repierced. the piercer was super nice and he tried to work with my other piercing as they weren’t spaced right. it took a turn when he decided to use the same needle for both my ears and used the wrong type of jewelry for lobe piercings :/. the receptionist wasn’t too pleasing. she was playing a game on her phone instead of telling me the aftercare of my new piercings. good thing that this wasn’t my first piercing.

Other than the fact that my nose decided to close up on the inside, Madeline did very well! Going back tomorrow to get my piercing redone but it's nothing to do with the piercer and all to do with the fact that my nose has been pierced before and there was scar tissue built up that made it close up. She was very professional and sweet and made me and my girlfriend feel very comfortable! Will definitely be going back for another piercing and/or tattoo!

I really wanted to like this place, but my belly button piercing was not pierced correctly at all and I had to take it out. 1.) it was crooked 2.) it was pierced too deep under the skin and 3.) it wasn’t even in my belly button. The piercer was inexperienced and even told me he was nervous and that his hands were shaking because he didn’t eat that day. Total waste of $20 and now my belly button has so much scar tissue I doubt it can even be repierced by an actual professional.
