Came in with my friends while they got piercings there was a small misunderstanding that could’ve been avoided and the receptionist and piercer made rude faces and comments when there was no reason for that. Terrible attitudes for no reason.

1st i want to say that piercer Alissa was great. Had the piercing done on Sat. night the ball came off the next morning so had to wait till Mon. to go back. The receptionist was somewhat rude though i know she was doing her job. I had to buy a new ring then pay to have it put on, it is not about the money it is about the fact that we just had it done and i feel they should had fixed this without a charge. So be prepared if this happens to you. Thanks

I got my first tattoo here back in may , and let me tell you. Snow did it , she was the absolute sweetest I was shaking that’s how scared / excited I was. She helped relax and told me she was going to do a small line to show how it felt. The staff is super helpful and friendly. Definitely 10/10 will be coming back.

This is felicia's son not her i'm definitely gonna give this place 5 stars if i could give more i would!!! I had recently gotten my septum done on may 28th my bday but i had to take a little trip to the mental hospital and they made me take the piercing out :( anyways the hole closed up and i went to them and she went straight thru the same hole and it was so quick!! Loved the experience

I came because my septum came out they charged me for a new nose ring and to put it back in which i understood. Soon as I drove off and jumped on the freeway the ball came out. I was told to come back and once I got there I was told to pay for another ring and for it to be put back in. I have literally gotten over 15 piercings here but I will never be back that was just poor customer service especially when I wasn't the cause of it coming out within that 5 minutes 🤬

Do NOT get a septum piercing there!! I went on a Wednesday when they do discounted piercings. I asked for a septum and got called back, the girl cleaned my nose and the materials were sanitary. I was not asked about a placement, or even warned before she shoved the needle through. She didn’t even use a clamp to make sure the piercing was straight, no shocker it wasn’t. It was SO crooked that one side went through my sweet spot, like it was supposed to, and the other side went through my cartilage. It was really painful on one side and wouldn’t stop bleeding. I didn’t even realize it until I got home and went to clean it. The reason it was bleeding so much was because my cartilage was pierced. There was no way she didn’t notice it wasn’t crooked when putting in the jewelry. It was a horrible experience, and definitely will not be returning.
