Worst experience ever — never going back. The receptionist was rude and tried to change the price of my tattoo after he had already quoted me and I had already paid. He said this was due to the location of my tat being near my chest versus my arm. Also, they were very impatient and curt with me. I needed to take a break in the process (it’s only my second tattoo and it was in a sensitive area) and they seemed really aggravated— I was the only customer at the time… They were also seemingly annoyed when I keep wanting to double check the size of my hearts before they were tatted on, which makes no sense to me since tats are permanent. They just weren’t pleasant and I’m still upset they charged me $100 for something that took like 15min./20min. My tattoo looks fine, but it didn’t feel comfortable at all - customer service is so important.

Brandon sat down and explained clearly what was going to happen and how to take care of my tattoo afterwards. Just a simple tattoo, but treated me like it was a 4 hour job. Very nice & clean.

Went in today for a nose piercing. Never gotten a piercing before and I was scared about the pain. When Michael did the piercing it did not hurt at all. A wax hurts more.

Been calling this place to ask for prices and they never answer the phone.

I went to them the day before to ask about getting a new tattoo as a memorial. The artist was able to get me in the next day and he gave me a really great tattoo.

i loved coming here! i got my nose pierced here and a tattoo. my nose piercing is healing very nicely and my tattoo turned out beautiful! brandon does a great job along with the other artists too!

So I got the name done in 2019 (no touch ups) at another shop. I wanted to add a crown to it so I chose this location since it’s near me but as you can tell by comparison the crown looks dull and older than the name even tho they were done over a year apart. I literally just had it done in Dec 2020. Not sure if he used expired ink or what but it’s not very clean or professional looking and I will end up getting it filled in solid black just to make up for this sad looking crown 😞

Very clean and professional shop they were following all cdc guidelines and I felt safe. They have a verity of artist for whatever your looking on getting done. I got a portrait of my wife and couldn't be happier with the out come. I will be returning to finish it then I will post final picture. You won't be disappointed if you come.

Dont let the fact that it's in a mall fool you. It's a very clean shop with reasonable prices. I am very satisfied with my tattoo from there.
