I was unable to get a tattoo done there but I had set up a consultation I get there 10min early because according to Google and their Facebook page they are open but when I get to the door it is locked I assumed that maybe it would be opened by the time my appointment time approached so I waited 5min pass my appointment time I call the shop. They buy who answers says he got a flat tire he would be there in 10mins he was almost done fixing it I told him okay I would wait. But I was confused as to how no one contacted me to tell me anything about what was going on or to even try and reschedule dont get me wrong I know things happen but there's a Professional way you handle situations. After waiting an extra 15min I decided to leave I get a facebook massage almost 30ming after my appointment of them acknowledging that I had left and asking if I still needed a consultation I explained that I couldn't continue to wait because I had other things to do (if i waited and got into a consultation later in the day other meets I had planned would have ran late) and maybe I could make an appointment in the future the person replied with a passive "Maybe! Have a nice day" I can't understand that type of attitude when your the one not respecting people's time I would have been okay with rescheduling but to just have someone waiting when they have an appointment is very rude because we know that if the roles are reversed and the customer is 30mins late without a call or a message they are automatically bumped out of the spot or told to reschedule. So I will definitely look elsewhere to get a tattoo first impressions is everything.
