I took my teenage daughter to get her nose pierced. As soon as we walked in the door, we were immediately greeted by female tattoo artist. I don’t know her name, but she had really pretty hair! Then a gentleman walked out & asked us what he can do to help us. We told them what we needed, he gave us the paperwork to fill out then another guy whose name is Rocky was actually the person who pierced my daughter’s nose. of course my daughter was incredibly scared & nervous. Rocky was nothing but patient, kind, & told her everything from taking care of her nose, to what to do if it falls out, to come back to blue Lotus if any discomfort or any questions & I have to say he went above! maybe he’s always like that. I’m not sure, but he definitely helped my daughter be at ease. Y’all please don’t go to Walmart or Claire’s to get your children’s piercing or your own piercing. Those places are not clean & they have no idea what they are doing! even if you don’t go to Blue Lotus, which I really hope you do, because the experience was perfect! Please go see a tattoo artist for your piercing. Also, We were a walk-in for the nose piercing. No appointment needed at this time.

Both of my daughter's were wanting piercings, one second lobe piercings and the other a Helix piercing (upper ear in cartilage) one ear. I did some research on places in Lufkin before choosing Blue Lotus and I'm happy that I made the decision to come here! They are located at 404 E Denman across from triple A-trophy. They have a very pleasant store. VERY CLEAN! They even cleaned the piercing station between doing each of my daughter's piercings! They ONLY use needles to do their piercings and my girls acted as though it didn't hurt nearly as bad as what the guns do. After seeing this process I'd recommend it to anyone. The staff was very friendly from the time we walked in to the time we walked out the door. Bolton did the girls piercing and explained the process as he was doing it and answered every question I asked very respectfully. I'd definitely recommend coming to Blue Lotus Tattoo and Piercing.
