Called on Saturday to make an appointment for Sunday. Guy I talked to suggested noon, but we set it up for 3pm. Emailed a picture of tattoo that needed refreshing. Showed up and no appointment was made and another customer was there instead. So we left. Very disappointed.

I have to tell you that I have had several tattoos done from three different artists and tattoo shops from Dallas wichita falls tx and Houston and it was all good work and a good experience but we were on vacation in the valley and me and my girl got some work done at intellect tattoo club & Salon in Mission Texas off Griffin Parkway and I have to say that it was the best experience I've had yet at a tattoo parlor Darkness was nice the work was excellent painless almost because of the numbing cream and my girl got her hair done and it looks beautiful it was well worth the money I will definitely be going back for a visit when I'm in the area I recommend anybody who's looking for a tattoo far to get their hair done it's a must you going to visit this shop you will not be disappointed!!
