HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called to ask a couple of questions seeing as I had just left a shop from East Austin who was running a $30 small tattoo special but their wait was over 4 hours. I called atomic and asked if they had any specials, and how much for small tattoos. The guy sounded irritated and responded "No we do not have any specials, our shop minimum is $100. If you want art you have to pay for it." then he hung up. I literally wanted two small words less that an inch big, "Keep Going.'" I was trying to get a matching tat with a friend who was considering suicide and was looking for a quick sense of hope. Atomic tattoo will NEVER get any of my business and I'll be sure to let everyone who even thinks about going to them know how rudely they handled me.

Went here several weeks ago on a Friday morning and got my first ever nose piercing with the needle instead of a gun like when I was in high school. The young lady at the front desk and Emily made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Explained to me the process and how to care for it. I read the reviews before I went here and I don’t even stay in the area but work in Pflugerville. Of course I paid more than I would if I had of went to where I stay, but it was definitely worth it along with the hospitality and professionalism. I will definitely be back to this establishment for another piercing and maybe my first tattoo. Thank you all!!

Giving them 3 stars cause they were really nice in there but be warned they’re overpriced. Went in for a 2 word tattoo and a simple cross. They quoted me $200. I got something similar at another shop for $80. I called another place right after leaving and they quoted me $100 just cause that’s their shop minimum. So just be warned, go here if you want to overpay but if u want quality work that’s cheaper, look elsewhere.

I lost my son a couple of months ago and I wanted to get a tattoo(my first) in memory of him! My daughter , granddaughter and I went to Atomic Tatto in Pflugerville and all three got a tatoo. My granddaughter and I got ours done by Matt Damon, my daughters was done by " Fox". It was an awesome experience!!! The studio was clean, the artist sanitized everything, explained what he could and could not do and and why.(I am 74) The receptionist was kind, cheerful and knowledgeable.
