Kayla is a badass piercer, spent 30-45 min. marking and making sure my nostril piercings were symmetrical, pretty tricky but she got it perfect and was super nice the whole appointment:)) looking forward in coming again!

I had the greatest experience! The building itself is very nice and welcoming and has the best vibe! My piercer was Kayla, and she gave me the most perfect experience! She’s very friendly, easy to talk to, and she’s very professional and knows exactly what she’s talking about. She’s great at explaining the do’s and don’ts, and especially aftercare. She even gave me a stuffie to hold when I said I was nervous. She was awesome, and I highly recommend her (especially for first-timers)

I can't even begin to tell y'all how much my husband and I love Jen. She's done all but one of my husband's piercings (nostril, septum, industrial, eyebrow) and my nostril. She's #1 at what she does but we keep coming back because of how much we love hanging out with her.

My favorite tattoos came from this shop. Aaron Smith did a fantastic job on my Spike Spiegel and Black Star pieces and Jill Murray did wonderful work on my Destiny and Chrona tats. Could not recommend a better shop than this, hoping to come back for more!

TERRIBLE, When Jen came out. She basically told me that since it was summer i could not swim with a nose piercing which I knew and was perfectly fine with. So when I said that she gave me the worst attitude and told me to let her talk. Bad attitude that seemed as if she didn’t want to do her job.

This place is a very inviting shop to go to especially if you're newer to tattoos. The artists are friendly and its just a fantastic environment to be in. Highly recommend!

I was here a few months ago to get my nipples pierced and it was such a good experience. I got to look through artists portfolios while I waited and when I got to go back the piercer was so nice and explained everything and really made sure I was comfortable. They even had time to tattoo my friend while she was waiting. Will definitely be coming back.

I have only ever had great experiences with Lucky Hand. I’ve been pierced by Jen 3 times, and just recently got my first tattoo done by Eddie. The entire process, from checking in to being tattooed/pierced to paying and leaving was smooth and easy, and the staff was incredibly professional and kind. Jen makes piercings a breeze, and Eddie was awesome to chat with while he worked on my tattoo! I will and DO recommend Lucky Hand to anyone who asks what the best place in town is! I’ll absolutely be back :)

I absolutely adore the staff at Lucky hand. I went to Jen initially for my nipple piercings, I was incredibly nervous since it was a rather intimate piercing but she was so professional and she made me feel so comfortable with this entire experience, so much so I came back to Jen to get my second nostril. She was so nice and made sure everything lined up and was perfectly symmetrical. She even matched my piercings so they were the same jewelry in my nose. I will continue to exclusively use Lucky Hand for any piercings, and I trust them for tattoos if I decide to go that route. I recommend this shop to anyone who asked about piercing parlors, and I will be going soon to add more jewelry to my collection.

I absolutely love this place. They are so kind and make sure their clients get taken care of. I had some miscommunication with booking an appointment and not did the receptionist reach out to me to apologize but so did my artist. During my last session Kayla saw and I told her I was moving and she sat and talked to me about my plans like she was family. They do amazing work and go above and beyond for their clients. Just look at all their community involvement. I cannot say enough about how much I love this place. I love all my Lucky Hand tattoos and always try to book them when I go visit Angelo.

Kayla was awesome. She was professional, and she took time to make sure my piercings were done well. She also went into detail with me on how to properly care for my piercings and was very kind. The receptionist was also very nice and professional.

These folks were so unprofessional from quoting us one price , to charging us another..obviously much, much higher. They were veeeeery rude when asked about the charge. I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO NEVER EVER USE THIS ESTABLISHMENT. AND BTW I found out SOME VERY DIRTY DETAILS ABOUT SOME EMPLOYEES HERE. YOU ARE WARNED!

Called twice to verify that we could book my 14 year old a piercing for her Christmas gift. Both times was told yes and we set up an appointment. To be sure,, we brought along her birth certificate to verify age. Upon arriving we were told the 14 year old must have a government issued photo ID. AT 14? I have no idea what type of photo ID most 14 year olds would have.
