I love this shop. I’ve had two tattoos done here, both by Zanda - who is PHENOMENAL! We had a 10 minute consultation for a cover up and she custom drew a design that I couldn’t be happier with. What a major waste of my time. Drive 2 hours to be told I have to be on the property after signing up, because they won’t text updates. So 6 hours later they’ve still not taken my paperwork, told me I was after someone named Amber then they skipped me and gave paperwork to someone else. If you know it’s going to be 6 hours+, let people leave and come back. I could’ve had lunch and dinner but only got ignored, lied to, skipped, and now I’m leaving with no tattoo for my 2 hour drive home. Their operations, time management, and customer service skills suck!

Amazing staff, clean parlor, and made me feel more comfortable than anywhere else I've gone! Went on flash Friday and expected a long wait, but with how many people came in I'm not even mad I spent my day at the shop! Had amazing conversations and am absolutely in LOVE with my new thigh piece. And the best part was when I got dizzy and needed sugar/food they helped me out to make sure I'm ok! Zanda was my artist and she did beautifully, such a wonderful artist and person.

I drove a long way to get one of the flash tattoos done on a Friday and triple checked their hours before making the drive over. They have it listed as closing at 9PM, we got there at 6 PM and they let us know they were done with flash. Fine. I also messaged the shop and scheduled an appointment for a few tattoos I wanted to get done for my birthday. I sent over my inspiration pictures and said many times I wanted to do it by the hour and that it would be multiple tattoos. They agreed and let me know their artist, guest artist I guess, Nick was going to be my artist. I come back on the day of my appointment and nick is confused as to what I want. By that time I had also tried reaching out to him directly, and got no response. He says I was booked for a flash tattoo. I show him the messages between the shop and I and he says okay send me the inspiration pictures and I'll try and draw something up for you because I'm not comfortable copying other people's work (but you're okay to tattoo the flash other artists did? Ok) so I agreed. He saw the inspiration pictures, showed them to the person behind the counter and started laughing. Rude but whatever. I waited over half an hour then he comes back and tells me he's 'not feeling these' and that he's willing to do a flash instead. At this point I have 2 wasted trips to this shop, that's not close to my house. I tried everything I could to communicate and was met with a " that sucks my bad" attitude. The tattoos I wanted were simple, nothing too extravagant. If that's not his style they shouldn't have set me up with him as an artist in the first place when they saw what I wanted done. They did the bare minimum which was give me my deposit back, but my birthday gift to myself was absolutely ruined. I was very excited to come here as I saw it all over tiktok, but now I know I won't ever come back. Absolutely hate how things went down, and didn't even get an apology for their own lack of professionalism.
