Today I got my very first tattoo after many years of being back and forth and I couldn’t be more pleased. Prior to going to Ink Couture on Sheinfield I did my research online of different tattoo shops and there background and artists and I kept going back to Ink Couture. It just felt right! Upon my arrival today we were greeted friendly and the vibe and atmosphere was calm, clean, and all questions were answered. I met with A-One and upon showing him my ideas/images he respectfully and politely suggested that I would narrow down more what it was that I ultimately wanted given that although it was same concept some images differed and had more detail than others. He expressed returning at some later hours for consultation. Upon return we discussed what I wanted as a final piece, he printed out an image to see if I was satisfied with it and the size and took a further step in mentioning if you need more time take the image and you can come back. I appreciated his feedback and his non urgency to have to do a tattoo and instead making sure I was 100% ready. With that being said we proceeded, he was friendly, talkative, and my wrist tattoo was not painful at all it definitely burned at times but overall felt he was super efficient and had a light hand. The process was smooth. I highly recommend this tattoo place and I highly recommend A-One, should I want anything further I will definitely be going back to him and location.

I was scheduled for a tattoo with Emma and let me just start by saying she was amazing 1. She did amazing with the design I’m in love with it 2. She has a super light touch, one of the least painful tattoos I’ve had 3. Her line work is incredible! 4. She was punctual and responsive when we were planning out the tattoo 5. She made the experience fun and helped me feel safe If you are looking for a fine line tattoo (or any style for that matter), I definitely recommend her. She is super friendly and has a fun sense of humor. She even has snacks in her room! I will definitely try to bring some friends and family to get a tattoo from her. Thanks Emma!

I would personally like to thank A-One and the staff at Ink Couture for making our time at your shop a memorable one. My husband and I both were in need of tattoo therapy and A-One made sure we had the best experience possible. From putting ideas together for a design, to booking the appointment and then on to the actual tattoo process, A-One made it all easy and painless.... literally painless. His many years of experience and numerous clients trying to get into his chair on daily basis is humbling. Easy going, family driven and a great talent. Sadly, we suffered a family death during the tattoo my husband was getting, A-One made it a point to reassure us that we would find time to get us back in to finish and graciously gave his condolences. In the end, my husband and I both got amazing, clean and creative tattoos. We are extremely happy with the overall time at Ink Couture. We will be going back very soon for more tattoos and the chill atmosphere.

I went in yesterday to get a very small tattoo of the number 11 and after getting home and really being able to look at it, I am not satisfied with the quality of the results at all. The artist expressed to me that he typically does bigger pieces and does not usually do small pieces like this (at this point I should have definitely reconsidered), but I decided to proceed because he told me he would still be able to do this for me. Trusting that he would be able to make the tattoo look as good as the template looked since he said he could still do it, I decided to proceed. However, the two “1s” are very uneven with one being visibly longer than the other when my head is completely neutral and straight. The font is also not what the template looked like. This artist is undoubtedly extremely talented in his typical work, but I really wish he would have been straight up and told me that it would not look like the photos I showed nor the template because I will have to go somewhere to get it fixed now. Again, I completely understand that this type of tattoo was not his typical work, but I would have much rather been denied the tattoo versus having it be uneven and not the way that the template or font looked at all.

I have been following Ink Couture on IG for a while and it was my first time at this business. I came on “Ladies’ Night Thursdays” and Emma did a fantastic job. I arrived with pictures and an idea and she transformed it into something perfect. My tattoo was not elaborate or intricate, but she still took care of me as if was a full sleeve. Patient, friendly and just all around fantastic. I will be returning to her for other work I have planned. Love the decor of the shop too!
