Super clean, laid- back shop. This is my second visit to this location, and I'll be back many times this year. Hannah Ghore is a phenomenal artist who has an eye for Neo-traditional and really fun animé pieces. I really enjoy and look forward to my sessions with her! With every artist i’ve gotten the chance to have tattoo me, i have had nothing but great experiences!! Sarah has tattooed 5/10 of my tattoos on my arm! i love the way she has been able to achieve the same aesthetic with each tattoo she has done on me!! she did my 8ball cherries, saturn lady, spider lady, cowboy hat and stilettos, and throwing stars. Ralf did my skull butterfly and the shade work he did was so freaking sick!! he was also able to cover some lines from another tattoo i had to blend it in. Estar did my clown and fairy and she always does such an amazing job!! her hand is super light i felt absolutely no pain while getting tatted with her, i recommend going to her if you’re scared of the pain. Zeresh did my man in a spider web and did such a sick job. i gave her a photo of exactly what i wanted and she drew it up exactly how i wanted! love her work! overall the artist there are really friendly and super super chill! they also play some sick music.

Ive gotten two badass tattoos from Sarah (@saturnabi on ig) in the past 6 months, both drawn by her!! Shes super attentive and communicative when replying and talking with you about your appointment + design! Steve and Sarah are the best!!! Steve has an artistic eye that has always turned my bare bones ideas into a masterpiece. He is fast, efficient, and dedicated to giving clients what they want. His 14+ years of experience show in his work, but also in his customer service and insistence on clean, professional, hygienic work. He even turned a previously done horrible tattoo into a flawless coverup that gets lots of compliments. People can’t even tell it’s a cover up. Sarah is someone I have consistently booked with for all my biggest ideas. She produces flawless work in a timely manner and is always set up and ready to go when I arrive. Her unique style has never let me down and she genuinely makes me feel safe and cared for when I am being tattood. She is gentle and comforting and a breath of fresh air in the tattoo community and I cannot recommend her work enough. I get the most compliments on my work from Sarah. She even ended up turning my tattoo nightmare into a gorgeous sleeve I’m proud to show off.

I had a terrible experience with one of their newer artists she was incredibly rude, wouldn’t listen to me, would make faces and just overall didn’t care about tattooing me. I never want to go back here again, she made me feel terrible for simply existing. Setting up an appointment with her was a whole nother ordeal, she went weeks on end without responding, wouldn’t let me know what was going on. Horrible. I don’t recommend this spot.

We came in today to see Steve for our wedding band tattoos. He has been tattooing my husband for about 7 years now and he is always professional and clean. He is meticulous about placement and lines which is one reason we love him. The shop was also super clean and organized which was nice. If I had to say any cons it would just be that the waiting area and the work area are separate by a pretty high half wall so it kind of feels weird when you are waiting for someone else or trying to have a conversation with someone on the other side.

So first of all want to say the artist here do great work! If you want a tattoo you will enjoy for years to come I can say I do recommend this shop. With that being said... I had a horrible experience due to a lack of communication issue. I had an appointment for a consultation with an artist. I showed up early saw they were with a client, and I just assumed they were finishing up and I'd get to see them in a bit. Another artist asked me if I had an appointment and I did confirm I was waiting on said artist. My appointment time comes and goes, I ended up waiting for two hours without seeing the artist. They did later apologize for the miscommunication, no one told them I was there for them. I could have spoken up but like I said I assumed they were just finishing up. I feel like there are many ways this could have been avoided, having a dedicated assistant/receptionist at the desk to let the artist know, the artist taking a second to peek their head out at my scheduled time to see if anyone was waiting, I could have asked someone to let them know. Overall I get it falls on both parties but it did leave a bitter taste in my mouth. The artist who did ask me if I needed anything still took about 30 minutes to talk to me and they were the only one who did, no one else checked up on me the whole time I was waiting, overall I feel like their client attentiveness is lacking.
