It's Live Through This Tattoos, Supplies, & Piercings

They made me pay extra for it being on my hand and said it mentioned this on the ad but it most certainly did not. Anyway, I think these photos summarize pretty well. Go at your own risk Edit to respond to the business’ reply: my problem isn’t that I spent extra money, my problem is I spent extra money for an ugly tattoo that I could have done (and have done in the past) better myself for free at home. And it didn’t say anywhere on the website that it cost extra for hand tattoos or I would have chosen something else. You expect me to read the 10,000 signs in your store? With grammar and spelling issues similar to this response below? Any normal person would have a stroke lol. Since this company wants to throw a tantrum instead of owning up to their mistake, I would also like to add: I was not given aftercare instructions, though I do have plenty of tattoos and know how to heal them (multiple tattoos on my hand as well since you don’t think I know how that works), he did not shave my hand first, and this is not faded. It’s freshly healed as of a week ago. Absolute waste of my money. I think this goes to show my original review stands~ even more so now. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

My husband and I got matching tattoos. We went in to get a price quote and ended up getting the tattoos. Place was clean. Prices were great. They even had free snacks and water. Rudy did our tattoos and he did an amazing job. Definitely going back.

I got my anti-eyebrow pierced just the other day, and while I'm so happy with the piercing itself, the customer service was awful. I went with a friend, and right off the bat the receptionist was rude to me. Furthermore, they ignored my friend completely until we were able to flag them down again. After entering the piercing area, the piercer herself straight up expressed her distaste for the day. She was visibly upset and told her apprentice and I that she was having a bad day, which is not something you tell to someone you're about to put a needle in. After redoing placement to my liking, she pierced me and I expressed that it felt super easy, and instead of being positive, she simply told me "just wait," as if she wanted me to be in pain during the process of putting the surface bar in. I understand if she was having a bad day, but no one who puts needles in other people should lose professionalism during their job. Literally will never come back. Two stars because the lighting is cool.

My nose piercing is very cute. However, I was deeply unsatisfied with the customer service. I can understand if someone is having a bad day, but that’s no excuse to treat a paying customer passive aggressively and just all around rude. Regardless of how you’re feeling in any job, you’re supposed to remain professional and that was not the case. I have a left nose piercing and came in to get my right side. I just wanted to ensure both sides were equal and the piercer made me uncomfortable and rushed. Furthermore, I asked if she could correct the placement marking but she insisted it was right while I was clearly unsure and uncomfortable. Not only that, I had an excessive amount of blood that was the result of the piercing. Mind you, I have already gotten a nose piercing before and my previous piercer did not cause as much bleeding. Moral of the story, you get what you pay for.

First time at this place and was a great experience! The staff was so friendly and chill, the shop was clean and welcoming. We will definitely make the travel again to get our piercing shout out to Mandi!! She's your gal for piercings

I got 2 tattoos done by Justin for the Friday the 13th sale. The experience was great, great music. He helped with a breathing technique to make the pain of the tattoo bearable and easier. He also used a type of numbing soap while working on me, so very little to no pain. I felt very comfortable, thank you Justin. Will be booking him to get more done.

I just got my first tattoo here and the tattoo artist Justin Y. was so nice and reassuring. He gave me a paper so I remember the aftercare of tattoos. He made my first experience good, I'll be coming back for my next tattoo and piercing ! It helped they offer free drinks and snacks. They're also LGBTQ friendly :)

Mandi and Vale were phenomenal! Fantastic costumer service. Vale helped us pick the perfect tattoo, and Mandi did a fantastic job with my piercing!

They have to use $10 piercings to get desperate people to use their business. The jewelry is cheap and the piercers have literally said they don’t know how to pierce or know everything about piercing. Go somewhere reputable and that is APP certified. I had Justin Y as my tatoo artist and he really underatand super chill about it being my first time getting tattoos 10/10 would recomend!
