I received a tattoo with Richard today and words can not express how happy I was with my experience! Firstly, the shop is absolutely gorgeous, clean and VERY welcoming. The intake process was seemless and up with the times. Richard was timely and had such friendly energy. He walked me through the whole process and wouldn’t accept anything short of perfection with the application process. He created a beautiful piece and I was more than satisfied with my results. 1000/10 experience and highly recommend Richard, will be back again soon!

I’ve been looking for a tattoo shop for my first tattoo for awhile. I didn’t want to just go to anyone. Not only is this place aesthetically gorgeous, it’s clean, professional and gives great vibes! Miranda was my tattoo artist. She did a beautiful and amazing job! I had the semi colon done upside down on purpose. I wanted to be able to look at it as a reminder for me. She made me feel comfortable and I had complete trust in her from the get. Can’t wait to get more tattoos here!

Me and a group of 8 girls were in San Antonio for a bachelorette party. We spontaneously decided to get small tattoos and called this business. They were busy but worked with us to get us into and appointment and accommodate our time constraints. Miranda tattooed all 6 of us that decided to get tattoos. This was one of the best tattoo experiences I’ve had, and I have a lot of tattoos. From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable, sometimes it can be nerve wracking to step into a tattoo shop. The check in process was smooth, and safety protocols were definitely taken with care. Everyone was wearing masks, and everything was sanitized.
Richard himself is amazing! He is caring and thoughtful, he worked really hard on my tattoo. I am so in love with it, and I would 100% go back. I feel very lucky to have this beautiful piece of art on my back.

I got there a little early, but Claire was ready for our appointment and did a super job on my tattoo.
They were very accommodating and friendly as well. As soon as I got there they offered some snacks and fresh water freely in case I would like some. They may have movies playing in the shop while you get tattooed, so they offered me a say in what movie to play.
It actually felt really laid back and made getting the tattoo actually feel fun.
They were professional, always on the job and making sure everyone's needs are attended, so I think that says a lot about this business.
Highly recommend to make this your go-to shop.

This is the best and most professional shop I have been to. The staff is friendly and they are super thorough! I love that there are 2 restrooms and the Pink room has woman's products. I've known Richard for years and was originally recommended to him by my best friend. He has done all 4 of my tattoos and I won't go to anyone else! He takes pride in his work, which is phenomenal. He goes above and beyond when it comes to making you feel safe and comfortable. He is also very accommodating when you bring him an idea and explains every step of the process. No matter how long your session is, you'll have a great time either talking to him, listening to music or watching TV. He's down to earth, hilarious, and professional. He has tattooed my mom and sister, both for their first tattoos. Cleanliness is a top priority and he thoroughly explains aftercare. My rose & skull sleeve is 5 years old and I constantly get complimented on it. His pricing is honestly cheap for the high quality of work you will receive. I have spent nearly 40 hours getting tattooed by Richard, more on that later.
The shop is very clean, has a cool vibe, and is efficiently run. You can learn everything you need to know about a place by how clean the bathrooms are, and these ones are immaculate.
Hannah has been my point of contact for appointments and questions. She responds promptly, answers questions and is very professional. She makes the process very easy and seamless.
Now for the work. Richard took a tattoo that I wasn’t happy with and blasted over it, making it something I’m extremely proud to show people. He is an artist, and at this point I just book my appointments and let him do what he wants. He has demonstrated mastery in his craft and his artistic abilities that gives me the confidence to walk into the shop, sit down, and let him do his thing the way he wants to. His work is phenomenal, and I get tons of compliments on it.
This is the place to go. I’m not local to SA. I spend the extra time and money to travel here because it is worth every penny. Do yourself a favor and spend your money here, you won’t be disappointed.

I worked with Vanessa with Tru Piercings and she had so much knowledge about the work she's doing. I was beginning to have some issues with a piercing I got done at another shop and after doing some research I found Vanessa who offers help with this kind of thing! The jewelry options were high quality and now I know for sure that my healing ear piercings will be okay. I cannot recommend her enough. I will be back soon!
