My daughter and I came to get matching tattoos. The minute I walked in the door, I was greeted and taken care of. They were so kind and patient, and were upfront about pricing. First time here & I was impressed! Process is easy for a quote & then set up your appointment. You do have to make a deposit (1/2 the price of your quote) but reasonable! So....the place is awesome! Absolutely love this place. I got the painless tattoo with lidocaine. It was administered by an RN. The studio was clean and professional, but very comfortable and a fun place to be. I love it! I honestly just looked up tattoo places near me and Twisted Tattoo is what came up. I am really glad that I chose this tattoo shop. They are so professional first off. The staff were so kind and welcoming which is also amazing. It is nice and clean and there and it is just over all a welcoming environment. I really like their website because you can actually see the artist and the artists’ work before even going to the shop. Lydia’s work was what I was looking for and asked for her specifically. The day I went in, I was able to have a consultation with her which is great. She did AMAZING on my tattoo and it is exactly what I wanted!!! I am going back here when I get another tattoo. If I was a Tattoo Artist - this would DEF be the place where I would want to work at! This place looks waaaaay bigger than what it looks like from the outside. I love each artist have their own private rooms where their personalities reflect! Their names are posted on the outside which gives it a personal touch. All the artist are fun and friendly! Anyway, came here back in January for the Friday the 13th deals. They were very organized and the process was very smooth. I have many tattoos already, little bangers is just all what I need now. If they have another Friday the 13th event - I’m definitely going!

5 Star Edit: James the ever quick and responsive owner has immediately resolved my issue same day I will be returning for future work thanks twisted tattoo for the right kind of customer service. So I'd started coming since last June or July and I thought this was it I've finally found a shop that can actually handle what I got as far as ideas, pricing and customer service. It had been going pretty great so far until this last piece. The tattoo itself is fine and I do like it. What happened was i was quoted for 3 hours of work and 1 hour of touch up work on a mistake made last time so I paid for the 3 hours free 1 hour of touch up work or however long it takes so 4 hours roughly total. When it came time to get tattooed my artist seemed to be wanting to go real quick cause what I got only ended up taking 2 hours of time and about 10 to 15 minutes of touch up work. So ultimately 2 hours and 15 mins tops for the whole session. I like the tattoo but ultimately paid for an extra hour of work which was not used which makes me very unhappy with my experience overall and has left me doubting about going back.
