La Familia Tattoo Parlor

This is the 3rd tattoo I have had done at this shop and they are amazing!! Clean place, wonderful customer service, and just a great experience all around.

Paul and KTea are both amazing and patient and they don't have an attitude problem like most places. The place is so clean and fun, I've driven 3 hours from Austin 3 times this last week just to get tattooed by them! Highly recommend. Not to mention the prices are extremely reasonable!!

It’s unfortunate that I can’t speak on the tattoo that was drawn out by Kat, (which was very basic) and not to my liking. Further more being a walk-in and waiting 5+hrs only to be handed an elementary drawing and asked to come back another time was evil. Not only was I disappointed but the disregard and disrespect of my time was disgusting. After two other females stated they were also walk-ins and were tattoo before me. I could have very easily made an appointment instead of sitting for hours with no results. Due to the poor customer services and lack of communication they deserve a 1star.

One of my friends recommended this parlor and I’m glad I was able to go and check them out. Service: 11/10 Energy: 11/10 Creativity: 11/10 Everyone there was so encouraging, funny, easy to talk to ( I have severe anxiety ) and just very open and non judgmental. Overall experience exceeded my expectations and would recommend everyone here to all my friends and family. Paul was my artist. Very talented, in my opinion had a very soft hand, funny, respectful, and definitely very patient. He was eager to get me in the chair but not with the mentality of just wanting the money if that makes sense. No like he made me feel like I was family and made me feel like I said all the right words for him. He was amazing If I was able to I’d give this place a 100/10. Lol definitely worth the time and money

Truly a great experience, from the time you walk in to the time you leave. Discussed the idea of the tattoo and was impressed with the work! Kat did an amazing job with my flowers, I will definitely be coming back for more!! I highly recommend this shop, very professional and down to earth people and service :) you will not be disappointed

I came here after I got a bad keloid scar on my tragus piercing that I got at a DIFFERENT shop. Keloid was on the inside and outside of my ear and after going to the doctors and them saying the only way I could get it out was to cut it I was so relieved and happy when this shop took it out for me in the most professional and gentle way possible. Everyone in the shop was helpful and kind and gave me good advice on how to clean my piercings in the future and how to help with healing the keloid. They removed my piercing and cleaned it free of charge. Literally the next day my keloid started to heal and now it’s fully healed.

I went here for my first tattoo Thursday to get pawprints of my Chinchillas done with my friend, and they were absolutely amazing!! I'm a super anxious person, but they made me feel comfortable. I got Mikee, my friend got Paul, and both were amazing!! Mikee worked with me, answered all my questions, and double checked to be sure I love everything before, during, and after it happened, and helped make sure I knew what to do for aftercare! I recommend this place and these artists for anyone. They're super relaxed and were very sweet. The tattoo was just done and wrapped here, so excuse any mess please!

Mike did an awesome job on my black rose tattoo! Mike is professional, pays attention to detail and a nice guy. La Familia is clean and the people that work there are so professional. Although I hate needles I love tattoos, Paul came and held my hand and talked to me and it helped ease the pain. You will be pleased coming to La Familia Tattoo ✨

I first reached out to Billy on 06 June 2022, told him what I wanted, then met him at the shop on 08 June. I showed him exactly what I wanted - 1 piece inside my arm, 1 piece outside my arm, then told him I wanted to keep going to do a full sleeve. He asked me to leave a deposit & I told him I wasn’t doing that until I saw a proof. I thought it was odd that he didn’t take any measurements & was just going off pics I had text him. He said he would have a proof in 2 days so I waited. I kept after him until he finally sent a (text) proof on the 15th. I told him what I wanted to change then never heard anything back from him. I got tired of having to chase him down so I went to Ink Injection & was taken care of. Billy seems like a good guy with a lot of talent, but he needs to stay focused on his customers if he wants to keep them. Unfortunately for him, he was slow to respond so I had to take my business elsewhere.
