I got my Daith piercings on Saturday and Jessica was worried about the balls of the jewelry coming off, so she told me to come back if one did. One actually did today so I went back and she got the ball back on for me. I definitely will recommend this location to friends and family!

Had an emergency lip piercing dilemma and needed help ASAP so I called Empire Tattoo and Jessica so kindly allowed me to come in last minute to help me. Jessica is an absolute GEM and turned a panicky situation into a smooth and caring experience - she gave me options on what to do, took care of everything in a calm, professional manner, made me feel safe and cared about and on top of all that, she insisted the service be free ❤️ we need more humans like Jessica in the world! Her kindness and generosity is unmatched and now I’m a big fan of Empire Tattoo. Thank you, Jessica! ❤️

I’ve come here many times now for piercings and would highly recommend them. They have a large selection of starter piercings where other places usually only have 5 or 6 options when you’re getting the original piercing. I’m obsessed with how mine turned out. The latest piercing I had, I forgot to tighten and it fell out. She took care of it, got it back in, and fixed the the little bump that she noticed and made sure I was taken care of. They really do care about their work, and the people that come into the shop. I will keep coming again and again!

We went for the 13th special. We waited for 6+ hours because they were so busy, but E did an amazing job on my tattoos and I would definitely recommend this shop! A lot of people were getting impatient (us included) but the lady at the front desk was so sweet. When you go for a flash sale like that, keep in mind that their time is also valuable, so be kind!

went on friday the 13th at noon and was there for seven hours. could not have had a greater experience. people were upset because of the wait time, but it was PACKED and these employees are human beings and trying to get to everyone on a first come, first served basis. $13 tattoos… expect a wait time. Sam and her entire family were so sweet, accommodating, and patient. Her mom was outside handing out water bottles and when she saw we had food, offered us a table to eat at. I got two tattoos and a piercing and the whole experience was phenomenal. definitely coming again.

I really wanted to like this place! I would absolutely consider the lower stars before choosing this place. They are so unsanitary and use cheap jewelry. My piercing (that I’ve never had a single reaction to) got so infected after coming to this place. Be safe!

I would highly recommend Empire Tattoo Studio!!! I took my 7 year old there to get her ears pierced about 4 months ago and they have the best earrings for the healing process. My daughter lost one of her earrings from Empire studio a few weeks ago so I replaced it with an earring with a butterfly back. It ended up getting super embedded in her earlobe and I was sooo worried for her little ear. Took her to the doctor, the Dr didn’t do anything but told me to go to a specialist 40 minutes away which was already closed for the day. I ended up stopping by Empire tattoo studio and they took care of us!!! They were all sooo cute with my daughter who was super nervous. They had her laughing and talking the whole time that they were taking it out. They put in new awesome earrings and fixed the problem completely!!!! I’m so happy with their kindness and with how much they helped us!!!!!

Jessica helped me out when my piercing fell out and would NOT go back in. She was kind, gentle, professional and friendly. 10/10 will definitely come back to do any work in the future. :)

I’ve been going to Empire tattoo for a couple of years now and they are by far the best place. Everyone there is friendly and professional. I’ve had two tattoos done by Katelynn and a piercing. Katelynn is so light handed. They are the least painful tattoos I’ve gotten, and the tattoos that have not faded at all out of the five that I have. She does really good fine line tattoos. I’ve recently gotten a smiley piercing from Jessica and I love it and her! She is so friendly and informative, and will answer any aftercare questions you have on her Instagram. She’s fast and just a sweetheart. She even took me in last minute to tighten the balls on my piercing which I really appreciated. I highly recommend empire, and I hope they go a long ways!!!

Amazing!!! Would give 10 stars if possible! If you want beautiful piercings, amazing service, and kind, thoughtful piercers look no further! Sam was the best piercer I’ve been to. Amazing service, great atmosphere.

This place is amazing the ladies were sp helpful after I fell and the gentleman did amazing job on my art I wish I caught his name but it is amazing and he knew how important this tattoo was for me so he added the rest of what I was asking for this tattoo should been 500 he did it for 150 and didn’t complain he is amazing his work is amazing I will definitely be referring everyone to him I just want to say thank u so so so much the best way to describe him is he has dreds he is so kind and they treat you like family there
