If I could give this a 0 stars i would... I got my dermal piercing done a little over a year ago by Cameron and I thought I was in good hands. I just today got it removed and found that the jewelry was extremely cheap anchor and it was not made of real metal. It was nickel and something else. He happily changed the top to it just two weeks after piercing it and let me choose a wildly big top that had prongs on the 4 sides holding in an opalite. The whole last entire year the piercing has been giving me problems and has consistently getting infected and abscessing. Regardless of how well I cleaned and and did not touch it. The anchor he placed in my skin was cutting and eating my skin and caused my skin to die. I absolutely do not recommend going here for your piercings.

I got my nipples pierced today for the second time ( got pregnant about a month after the first time) absolutely great experience both times. Cameron answered all of my questions, talked me through everything he was doing, and did great explaining my aftercare. He’s very kind and great at his job. I will always recommend him! Took my daughter to get her septum pierced today. The place looked and smelled very clean. Cameron was the piercer and did an excellent job. He made sure to explain step by step what was going to happen and what to expect. My daughter actually passed out after the piercing, and he and the other staff members were so kind. I was freaking out and He reassured me this happens all the time, and got her some cold water and was so patient and nice. Jewelry was great quality and everything was super sterile and clean. Will definitely return!

This is the place to do piercings for your kids!!! After a horrible experience with another tattoo parlor to get my daughter’s ears pierced, we came here for her re-piercing after a hole closed up and they are AMAZING! They talked to her each step of the way and made sure she was consenting to it. They talked to her and made her feel comfortable. Originally tried to get into a different piercer closer to me, but after a couple of failed attempts to get in, I called Black Bird and they were able to get me in on short notice. I'm very happy I chose this business. Cameron was amazing. Got a double helix put in. Everything was done perfectly and I loved it so much I went back in to get more piercings done. Would very highly recommend. They are professional, the place is very clean and the staff is so nice. This is such an amazing place! My tattoo is currently still in the healing process but it’s exactly what I wanted and managed to look even better than I imagined! Plus their prices are amazing! Plus the deposit comes out of the price of the tattoo in the end which just makes the price seem so much lower. Highly recommend

I had my nipples pierced here and the total experience was very good. I contacted several piercing studios, of which only three got back to me, and of those only Cameron at this studio continued to respond to my questions until all my concerns were addressed. He made sure to communicate with me, and when the appointment came he was able to get everything prepared very quickly even though I was a little early. He made sure to explain the pros and cons of different jewelry options, and why he chose the jewelry he recommended for me. He also offered to change that jewelry for a better fit free of charge if it ended up being too small after swelling. During the piercing, he made sure to keep track of my breathing to be sure I wouldn't pass out. I don't think I was ever in any danger of that, but better safe than sorry. Both piercings were done quickly, and without very much pain. They stung for a while after the piercing but after taking a quick shower they haven't hurt at all, except when they get bumped. Almost a week later there has been no noticeable swelling or infection thanks to the aftercare directions I received. Cameron made sure to give me several options to get in contact if I had any questions or concerns, but so far everything has been fantastic. I feel great, and I haven't even had to pause my new workout routine. The price was reasonable, actually a fair bit lower than I expected. Service was great. Would recommend, and will be returning if I decide I want more piercings.

Piercier is just plain rude. I had 2 piercings that migrated and fell out.. now I'm left with two ugly scars in my ear.. when I went in to see why this kept happening all I was told was "well quit touching it, I can see". So unprofessional DO NOT get pierced here definitely go somewhere higher quality and more professional.

Came in for a spur of the moment piercing, despite the negative reviews. I did call to verify the materials being used for the piercing, I was advised this is surgical steel or titanium. Not sure where the reviews came for plastic maybe jaded customers 🤔. My piercing is amazing and I'll definitely be going back, everyone there were so welcoming and I definitely felt safe which is hard to find in the worlds current status.
