PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!! I originally contacted Taylor Aug 24, 2022 about openings. She didn’t have openings till Jan 10, 2023. We booked that date and I paid her $100 deposit to secure that date. Fast forward to Jan 9, the day before the secured date, I messaged her to confirm our appointment the next day. I got a message back saying that “she had a medical emergency” and needed to postpone. This was okay to me because I understand things happen. I then messaged again the following day to set up another time. We rescheduled for Monday Feb 27. The weekend before Feb 24, I messaged her confirming Feb 27. She confirmed with me Feb 24 that everything was “all set”. I arrived 15 minutes prior to our appointment which was at 11:30. I waited at her shop for an hour and no one showed up. I then messaged her multiple times and no response. I continued to wait an additional 30 minutes with no response or arrival. This has been the most unprofessional and horrible experience especially after securing a date with a $100 deposit. DO NOT BOOK WITH HER. There are other reviews of her rescheduling multiple times and I ignored them and regret it. Horrible service and complete disregard for other time and money.

Do not book to an artist name Shannon, he cancelled my appointment twice and both got cancelled on the day of the appointment. I trusted him the first time he cancelled it I gave him chance but it seems this shop hired someone who is very unprofessional. He told me that he is going to send my money back but he never, and he insisted about the cancellation policy. Upperclass do you think this matter would still apply your cancellation policy? You know this is consider as fraud and scam. Currently Shannon is no longer active. Beware of this scammer!

Shannon scams people and steals their money. After a loved one (who will be unnamed at this time) and Shannon came to the conclusion to cancel their tattoo appointment following attempts to reschedule, Shannon said he was willing to return the deposit to his client. The client accepted this but has since been ghosted by Shannon after repeated attempts to get their money back.

shannon told me he would give me my deposit back after repeatedly cancelling on me. he has not sent it back and gone completely ghost. i’ve had to file a report with the small claims court over this. don’t book here!

Awesome! I got my left daith pierced and it was a super professional experience. It was my first time getting a 2nd peircings and Jantzen did a fabulous job! The entrance was very difficult to find though, it's right on the road next to the bar. My only critique if any would be to add a sign that says "upper class tattoo" so help so people know where it is!

I can't speak highly enough of Taylor! She was able to flawlessly execute a large, unique piece that most artists wouldn't even consider! Her line work is impeccable, her music taste is solid, and she keeps a clean and comfortable environment. I seriously can't get over how good it turned out! I would not recommend this shop to anyone. My sister and I tried to schedule a tattoo appointment with Shannon and after we had both taken they day off and driven an hour in from out of town he cancelled on us 15 minutes before saying it was his “day off” even though we got two confirmation texts. That’s not even the worst part, we obviously decided not to get tattooed by them and they still have yet to give us our deposit back and have completely ghosted us. We have emailed and called and haven’t heard anything. Go anywhere else if you don’t want your money stolen and your time wasted.

I got my first tattoo with upper class tattoo. Taylor was awesome at communicating with me through DM’s on Instagram. When I got to the shop they made me feel comfortable and welcome. Taylor and the other artists were laid back and fun to talk with. My tattoo was so fast and turned out amazing!! It was exactly what I wanted and Taylor had the idea all out together for me when I got there. The after care instructions were simple and easy. I had no issues with my tattoo after the session and Taylor was willing to do any touch ups if needed. The shop was super clean and the pricing was fair! I will be going back to Taylor for sure!

Love these guys! I’ve had a couple of tattoos by Taylor already at their old shop and their new! Already thinking about my next for Shannon to do hah! Super cool relaxed vibe, awesome beats and most importantly good ink! All three from Taylor healed perfectly and she has a super light touch which I felt reduced the pain during and the heal time! This place is a joke! I went with my friend and Shannon was hitting on her the whole time. It was so uncomfortable. We will never go back. The tattoo was mediocre at best too. They asked her to re-schedule 3 times, with very little notice. I highly advise going elsewhere.

I was taught at a young age to do some due diligence when making an important decision. So when I started to consider getting a tattoo, I looked into it. Good thing I did. I asked around, and it turns out, this place, and more specifically, the owner doesn't have a lot of integrity. That was enough for me. I went somewhere else, and I recommend you do the same. There are plenty of other Tattoo shops that do value honesty and integrity. Stay away from this place.

I’ve been to quite a few tattoo shops, but this is by far the best one! Not only is Taylor very talented in what she does, but she is also very professional and shows that she cares about her clients! She really does make you feel super comfortable during your appointment. I can’t wait to come back to her for more tattoos :)
