The receptionist was rude and kept hanging up on me. She also provided conflicting answers when I asked if they had openings. You can’t take this place seriously with a representation like that.

Koi did an outstanding job on a spacial black hole located on my forearm and I was ecstatic about how my tattoo from him turned out. Everyone there was extremely nice and knowledgeable. The shop was clean and inviting with a awesome atmosphere. This time around was only my second tattoo, so I’ll be going here from now on to explore more creative options. I can’t wait.

Didn’t get my tattoo either time I went because they messed up the time I was supposed to be with artist. I waited in there lobby on two separate occasions moths apart for 3 to 4 hours each time with no word, I felt almost forgotten about and ended up leaving after being told there wasn’t much they could do but have me wait for a few more hours

I've gotten a few tattoos from Austin. I just so happened to come across his work when I went to get my industrial piercing done at his shop about 4-5 years ago. It is amazing to watch the progression of his work over the years. I fell in love with his work back then and now he just blows it out of the park. 10/10 would recommend. It's very relaxing in the shop and they are professional and welcoming.
