The final tattoo product I received is beautiful and great. However the process to get said tattoo was trash - Throughout the multiple appointments I had Kasey was always late or had double booked me and someone else EVERY APPOINTMENT. During covid I received TWO booking reminders via txt and TWO REMINDERS via email for an appointment that had been scheduled for months. I TXTED AND EMAILED multiple times prior to the appointment to confirm with Kasey that my scheduled appointment that was still valid. Cause rona. The only response I received was from the booking contact telling me my appointment was confirmed and that if I didn’t show up i had to pay a fee for wasting the artists time 🙃 on the day of the appointment, After I drove 1.5 hours, no one was there and the shop was closed until further notice. I called Kasey and finally got an answer lol - as mentioned my previous emails and txts were ignored. I was promised a $75 credit for my wasted 3 hours of drive time + a vacation day from work I took for my appointment that I never received. My last appointment to finish my tattoo - that was an hour total - I showed up on time and Kasey still had a four hour appointment she needed to finish ahead of me. She told me prior if she was running late she would let me know ahead of time (Since she had been late or stood me up for every prior scheduled appointment) She didn’t. It was suggested I “go shopping” until she was free. I said no so she made the other person wait while she finished the last hour of my 8 hour + tattoo. 0/10 recommend.

Fairly positive I left a review here already yet it's saying I didn't, oh well... this is a fantastic shop. Kasey has been my go to artist for almost 5 years now. She is excellent at what she does and incredibly professional. She will work with you on what you want and ensure you get the best quality in work. Sadie and Sam, I've never gotten a tattoo from, but both are awesome and friendly people who are also excellent in their own styles of art. I recommend this shop first to anyone who ever asks about getting a tattoo.

Kasey has been working on my left arm for the better part of a year. I initially approached her with an idea that needed some filling in and she did that wonderfully. My sleeve is absolutely amazing and lifelike with the depictions of a Norse folklore story. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
