I have always wanted a sleeve. I was a little apprehensive at first because the shop was not what I was used to going with modern tattoo shops and coming back from the east coast. I took the chance and it turns out it was one of the best decisions I made. Kelly did an amazing job. He helped interpret my thoughts into ink on my arm and all free hand. Kelly is awesome to work with, very friendly, very accommodating and a great artist over all. Open communication is key with your artist, it makes the experience that much better. Kelly, thank you so much for the great job, I can’t tell you how many times I get stopped in a week by complete strangers, amazed with your work. I know exactly who to go to for my next tattoo.

This is absolutely THE WORST tattoo shop I have ever come accross. Kelly Miller is a terrible tattoo artist who will belittle you and your tattoo ideas. He will make mistakes and try and twist them into being your fault, he is 100% inappropriate and no one, especially women, should ever get tattooed by him. He decided to change the color scheme I asked for on a very important tattoo AFTER I had already put headphones in and closed my eyes. He never consulted me on the colors he decided would be better and now I'm stuck with a tattoo I can't stand. If you want to see the flaws I have posted the pictures on this page and circled each mistake. This shop is also absolutely filthy and I have gotten full blown MRSA TWICE after getting tattooed here. Avoid this shop at all costs. The cheap prices are cheap for a reason. You will walk away with a terrible tattoo that you'll have to spend twice the amount of money on to fix. Kelly Miller will make up lies about anyone that gives his shop an honest review to help people avoid this shop. The photos I posted of my tattoos with comments on what mistakes he made are absolute lies. I never once cancelled an appointment without ample notice and never once didn't show up to an appoinemt. On multiple occasions I showed up for my appointment and Kelly did not. I did trade work for him as payment for my tattoo sessions. For 8 months straight I was at his shop 5 days a week from open until closed working for him, when my father was admitted to the hospital with heart failure needing a quadruple bypass I advised Kelly of this as soon as it happened and that I wouldn't be able to spend all my time at his shop and that I had to actually work to support myself. He claimed he would work with me and understood the sitation. He didnt. He was upset and disrespectful towards my family. After him not showing up to the second appointment in a row and me actually having to call him to find out if he was even coming he yelled at me and told me we wo

I got my first ever tattoo here. It was the biggest mistake of my life. My tattoo is so horribly faded and I've only had it for 3 weeks. When I was waiting to get my tattoo they had a granddaughter in there. They were asking me to grab things for her as they tattooed my significant other. The place is so dirty and has half finished paintings and art supplies littered everywhere. The people smelled like cigarettes and couldn't seem to concentrate. Don't waste your money or time here.

I went in yesterday to get my nose pierced without an appointment and they were so quick to get me in. They were all kind, professional, and it was very clean! Kelly did my nose piercing and he was very gentle and kind, making sure to reassure me because I am afraid of needles. It was quick and easy and he was very knowledgeable. He made sure I had all the information I needed about cleaning the piercing and how to prevent and treat an infection. I would definitely recommend Susie M's to anyone! I will be coming back for more piercings in the future!

The owner and piercer Kelly told us to “stop talking” so he could “get on with other customers” then later said that he wished that women would “listen more and speak less”. I will NEVER return to this misogynist establishment again and I recommend that no other woman ever go here.

I think it's a nice little hometown shop, yeah they don't have all the expensive, extravagant and modernized shop, but it's comfortable, welcoming, and with a sense/feeling of it's not just a place for a job to be done but where work meets family and genuine caring and togetherness. Easy going and very hard to feel out of place or judged!!

We had 6 of us and originally had an apt at another tattoo parlor but the guy didn't show up so we were scrambling to find somewhere that our family could get our matching tattoos and they were able to fit us in same day. Such a great and relaxing atmosphere and it was a couple of our first tattoos and they were so patient and really explained things and just amazing place and people. I highly recommend them and will definitely go back to add to my tree, Jed was so patient and made it so realistic looking.

Great artists and very clean. This professional establishment has a long history in Salt Lake. An up and coming artist named Bianca Zupan’s work is fantastic. Huge shoutout for her. Check each artist for their pros and cons. Some are better with larger tattoos while others are better with real life images. Chose your artist like your ink.... carefully with lots of questions.
