Chauna is amazing, very professional and nice. She makes you feel comfortable. Her area is private which is great! If you want a piercing she is the best!

I got pierced by Chauna at Distinction Galleries in South Jordan, Utah. They were pierced incorrectly, too deep into the skin. I had to come back to the shop 3 times in total regarding this piercing. She pierced me with too short of a bar that didn’t accommodate swelling and when i asked for a longer bar she made me pay again for HER mistake. When i mentioned they were done wrong, she did not get back to me. I had to contact the owner and magically my phone gets a ping of a text message; her response was that she never pierced me. I had to remind her she did in fact pierce me in which she apologized after. You would think you’d know what client you pierced instead of placing blame on someone else. I went to a reputable piercer to have them removed. Immediately they said it was pierced wrong and the jewelry was bad. When i told chauna this information she IMMEDIATELY got defensive,and aggressive. I paid for a service, you botched me and you also pierced me with non-titanium jewelry. As soon as i mentioned i wanted a refund she was closed off and telling me she doesn’t have to talk to me about anything. This is in regards to the jewelry. Someone not guilty of the jewelry they used would be confident not defensive by the way, in what they use. The only solution offered was to re-pierce me, who in their right mind would let someone who messed them up touch them again?

I got my septum and nostril done here septum was so crooked It came out of the front of my face I called to get it re peirced since I still had the jewelry and they never picked up or called me back the jewelry for the nostril piercing was really bad and fell out easily and irritated my nose I have another nostril piercing that was done else where that is way better

Got both of my nose piercings done here and a tattoo as well. Amazing work and they helped me when I started getting weird scarring on my nose. The gal told me what to do to fix it and it healed perfectly smooth and flat.

I got my nose pierced here in May, and everyone here was super nice! Very welcoming shop

I got a great cover up piece done here 2 years ago of the three moons that has watercolor surrounding it. I can’t remember the artists name (I’m so mad at myself! smh) But he did an amazing job. I get so many complements on it. I have several other beautiful tattoos, but people always make sure to mention that this one is definitely their favorite. The place is nice. Everyone seems friendly. The other artists had some great work too.

Go see Chauna! She has a killer line of jewelry. She gives free after care She walks you through it and she knows exactly what she’s doing. I only see chauna for my piercings. You should too

This is the place to get pierced and Chauna is so amazing at what she does!! She's a very fair and professional piercer and she definitely knows what she's doing. Don't listen to any reviews that say otherwise, because they must just be mad about something that's either their own fault, or outside of her control. Best piercer in town!!

It's one thing to make a small mistake, another to say you will take ownership and offer to fix it only to screen my calls. Then when I did get ahold of Chauna she was rude and refused to follow through on her commitment. This place wants your money (and it is expensive) only to treat you poorly after.

Absolutely horrible customer service! Shawna will not take ownership of her previous work that needs to be fixed even though she promised to fix her mistake. Don't even bother with this place so many better options out there.

This place is very welcoming from the moment you call in always available to answer any questions! I visited this place 2 times in one week because of their outstanding service. They now can count me as a loyal and forever customer💋❤💯

Got my belly button piercing done here and it never healed i had to take it out): If you're not getting a tattoo and are there just to support your friends the staff will treat you like air. Not to mention my friend got multiple tattoos done here and the artists managed to mess up all of them.

Cody Green tattoo'd me and after 15 tatts and 10 yrs of others tattooing me, he is the best I've ever had. His technique and the way he can get color to pop is amazing. I will continue to share my hard-earned money with him and get more ink for years to come I'm sure!! Absolutely love his work!!! I recommend him to anyone looking for a tattoo.
