Arrived at 230p. Showed a picture of what was wanted tattooed. Was told they could do it would be 2 hours to get started for myself and my husband. After Waiting 4 hours went back to check on our time slot just to be told they couldn't do it due to time. Will not be coming back here ever. Probably a blessing, was not really impressed with what we saw coming out of there. Take the time and make an appt elsewhere!!

The studio is clean and the staff are great. Abe sellers is really nice and his lines are clean AF. 100% worth it.

Kari was beyond phenomenal she answered all of our questions & made us feel so comfortable. My step daughter had issues with a piercing and we brought her to the shop. Kari got her looked at within five minutes. She was so kind & gentle through the process & being so informative about what we should do. We will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommend!

Got my first tattoo done by Luke. He was super friendly, and listened to everything I wanted. So glad I was able to get it done by someone as experienced and helpful as him.

Awesome place for vape supplies and juice! Staff is friendly and incredibly helpful! They are very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to help their clients! They tattoo studio is very clean, the equipment is cleaned and sterilized, and they have some incredibly talented artists.

Can't recommend enough!! My friend and I got piercings done by Kari as walk-ins and we will definitely be coming back! Kari took their time to ensure we were comfortable and satisfied with the services and products.They even custom anodized our jewlery on the spot! I got a vertical labret and my buddy got their daith pierced. Shop was clean, welcoming and pleasant. Jewlery selection was fantastic in both variety and quality. Counter persons were also very welcoming and knowledgeable. The drive from Roanoke is very much worth it!

Very clean and professional with reasonable prices. I've gotten two tattoos from Luke/1 from Abe and a nostril/set of lobe piercings from Kari and had a great experience each time. Everyone was very personable and did a great job talking through the process. Highly recommend Sub Rosa.

Kari was amazing. The absolute BEST piercer I have ever worked with (I have had several piercings at various places). Kari was thorough and efficient, great vibe, and a joy to hangout with for a bit. There is no doubt that safety and comfort are an absolute priority of the studio and it’s artists. The studio itself is so chill—can’t wait to head back.

Walked in and got my septum pierced! The staff was incredibly kind and professional. My piercer walked me through the whole process, and even allowed me to see that everything they were using was clean and sterile. I will definitely be back to get more piercings done here. Good prices, clean, professional employees, and a good atmosphere. Highly recommend. What a asset they are to the Christiansburg area!

Kari is an amazing asset to this studio (and I overall loved the vibes here). My friend and I came in worried about piercings we'd received somewhere else, and not only did Kari give us lots of really helpful info, but she was incredibly kind and gentle the entire time. I was extremely nervous and in a lot of pain from issues with my piercing, but Kari made me feel so much better and I walked away with a clear plan as to what I needed to do. She also made it very clear that her DMs were open if I needed any help and that she wanted to help me through my healing process however she could. My friend also got some really awesome looking jewelry that Kari anodized for him. Overall, just a really lovely experience; clean studio with knowledgeable artists/piercers, a great selection of jewelry and fair pricing. I won't go anywhere else for my piercings from now on!

My wife gets all of her work done here. They're the best. *Edit* I finally got around to getting some ink of my own done. Niccole was amazing. The ink I got was in a VERY sensitive area at times and she was light handed enough that it barely hurt. I didn't even have to pay the extra $20 for softer needles made out of unicorn hair. 😁😆😂

First Time having work done here and everyone was amazing, definitely will be getting more work here!
