This place is horrible when in with my friends they treated us like if we were asking for free tattoos. Even though they had no one there they said we needed an appointment

When you call they encourage you to come in to discuss a consultation with an artist ,when you drive all the way there the artist will say why didn't you schedule a consult ? Well I was told I didn't need to but just come in to speak to someone .

Unprofessional, and careless of people times. They asked me to stop by, and talk to an artist. Drove 30min to do just that. Got there door was closed. I called, after 2min of conversation telling them I was outside. Clearly they didn’t care. USA tattoos, Be mindful of people times. this is not the only tattoo shop, around the area. Don’t want my business, just say We are booked, or get to the point. Don’t make me drive over there waste my time and gasoline.
