They did a really good job. Outstanding work from their artist, Monty. Everyone was nice. However, I will note that I paid 500 plus a 100 dollar tip for this, so it was priced according to the quality of the work, but that is what you want with tattoos... They're permanent. It would've been a 5 out of 5, but basically like the front counter guy forgot to respond to one of my emails for like 5 days until I reminded him, which is pretty forgivable, I mean people make mistakes. However, what makes it an issue is he forgot and then lied about it, because that's not an accident, that's a conscious choice. He said they were closed for the first two days (true), and then he was like sick for a couple days. Which makes no sense, because you would've thought someone else would've responded to me. It was the store email, so someone's gotta be working the front desk each day. I'm not petty enough to leave a 1 star review over that, but it is a business, and being professional is important. The quality of the art is not the only thing that matters.

Horrible service very rude attitude people. I got a piercing from there and they charge you 20$ just to replace your body jewelry for it fall out a week later ! Twice this has happened and they will charge you 20 every time it’s a scam they don’t put there jewelry on correctly. Very disappointed
