Not sure which to put first between cleanliness or friendliness both are tops!! The ladies at the counter are amazing and super hospitable especially when you're sitting for a long session. All of the artist in here have thier own style so check em for your style and get wild. Extra honorable mention to Ian Hill for the colors and freestyle into the unknown. Will definitely be back to continue the masterpiece

I called (8/12- Last Friday) to make sure the service I wanted was onsite and available and walk-ins were okay. Drove and waited about 10 mins. Was told we couldn't get what we wanted. Had my 17 year old w/me. She wanted a nose piercing. We were offered a discount but the piercer wasn't honest. (I know what happens w/needles & how they prepare) We won't be back. Fun fact, my 2 co workers came in for almost the same thing I was coming in for. They got serviced, I didn't. They walked in, didn't call, sat for an hour. I called, was told to come, was there in less than 20 mins, left within 10 mins of arriving. They left about 15 mins before I arrived.

Max Hunter was AMAZING! I got my tattoo & my nipples pierced in May. The entire process was a breeze. I came in as a walk-in with a semi-large design, we came up with this instead! Max let me know everything going on and informed me about the entire process of both my tattoo & my piercings. Pricing was extremely reasonable! Many shops I had researched were almost if not double the cost for nipple piercings as well as the tattoo. Fun fact… both of my parents have been tattooed at this shop as well! Thank you guys so much! I will most definitely be coming back soon ;p

Came in as a walk in for a single ear piercing, was told it would be a 15 minute wait. Sat there for two hours and not a single person let me know what was going on. Really cool shop

Walked in to get nipple piercings. They were busy but asked us to come back. Everyone was so kind and helpful. We came back and met Max, super nice and helpful. My friend wanted a tattoo and Max didn't hesitate to get something drawn up right away. After my piercing he scheduled my friend to come back. We also got to talk to another artist who was amazing, he showed us some of his drawings, made us laugh. I love this place. Wish I lived closer, but I will definitely be recommending this place! Worst Customer service for a tattoo shop. Just as far as helping guest who walk in.. Waited 30mins and still didn't get any help from any artist after they were done with a client ...after intial welcome greeting. I get it ur busy but don't say ull help us next if ur not gonna. Smh!🙄👎😤

I am so thankful of Action Tattoo in Auburn, they helped me make sure I was able to get my tattoo after my lady canceled on me one hour before my appointment. I am beyond ecstatic about this tattoo! It’s for my anxiety and I am in love with it! My tattoo artist was Drama and she did a fantastic job, i’ve had many people tell me it looks printed. They even were super helpful and supportive when I got dizzy and made sure I was properly taken care of by providing me with candy, water, and even some gatorade (another artist gave up his gatorade for me🥺) Rich, the owner, even came up to me and made sure that I was taken care of and afterwards chatted with me a bit to check in. He made sure that I felt welcome and knew that I was safe in his shop. I had an amazing experience at Action Tattoo and I highly recommend it to anyone that is in need of a tattoo!

I’m posting on my boyfriends account, it was my first tattoo ever, I went in for a walk in had me on the table in about 30 minutes, it was slow. I had Ian do my tattoo, he was super cooperative and gave his opinions on what he thought would look best. It was a very clean environment, and made sure I went home knowing how to take care of it. Honestly couldn’t ask for a better experience. Price is high but I was worth it for the quality of the tattoo and the cleanliness. Will definitely recommend coming here and will be telling friends about this place.
