Dude couldn't even line up my spider bites with my old holes. He also had never heard of spider bites as a piercer. They have wonderful pricing but it didn't work out.

Rizali was great! Super friendly, and a nice smile goes a long way! Her gun was almost painless. I got something real small and simple but sometimes I think those ones are the easiest to mess up but she knocked it out and created a fantastic end product. I’d recommend this place for sure. Great job Rizali! I’m sure I’ll see you again some day 👌

The artists here are all very kind, and I highly suggest them for tattoos.
However, I do not suggest them for piercings.
2 of my friends and myself had all 3 gotten piercings here - 2 nostrils and 1 ear.
The 2 nostril piercings were pierced with a corkscrew style nose stud, with zero room for swelling. Both of our studs were backsliding into our noses, and creating a ton of issues. The ear piercing also did not have enough room for swelling and developed a strange painful bump.
When I had gone back to Sailors to ask about my piercing sinking into the hole, they claimed it was normal. I’ve never had that issue, it was not normal.
We all ended up going to someone who pierces full time, and when we got them changed out to flat backs with better quality jewelry - we finally began to heal and the issues subsided almost immediately. The piercer was in absolute disbelief of the style of jewelry that we were pierced with.
One of the septum piercings that one of my friends got from Sailors Moon prior to this experience did heal fine, however we found out from the other piercer that it wasn’t pierced in quite the right spot and hung lower than that specific spot is meant to.
Since then, we’ve gotten our piercings with the piercer somewhere else and they’ve all gone smoothly.
I was also kind of skeptical of their aftercare advice on piercings. Using qtips, soap, and saline. I’ve always been told to only use saline and pat dry with a paper towel or gauze. All my piercings healed wonderfully with that method. Using soap and qtips on your piercing can irritate it and take longer for the piercing to heal.
My tattoo experiences here in the past have been wonderful, but I would not get pierced again.
I would suggest looking into different jewelry to do your piercings with - and getting different size bars to accommodate swelling. As well as slightly larger studs to avoid sinkage.

I was tattooed by Eli, with the understanding that she had availability on Saturdays and Sundays Walk-Ins ONLY. I came multiple Saturdays in a row, and she tattooed my hands. Fast forward 3 weeks and it would be my 3rd and 4th visit in a row, and both times I showed up, I was told she made appointments. The first weekend, I understood, but I was upset, because I took time off work, time out of my day, and waited outside for 20 mins before they opened before being told she made an “exception” appointment. Fine, I understood things happen, however, I was upset because I had called the day before, and the lady answered the phone and said, “Oh Eli is ALWAYS available on weekends”, when I asked if she was available that Saturday, because I wanted to make sure.
Now fast forward to yesterday. I waited an entire week to come the following Saturday, even went as far as showing up a hour early, only to find out, as she walked out, and laughed in my face. She had another appointment. SECOND WEEK IN A ROW.
I think what also made me pretty upset is, she had my contact info, she could have contacted me. But she didn’t, and I told her I would be there every Saturday, waiting before they opened.
When we talked yesterday, yes, I was visibly upset, but I was not over bearing and rude, I just told her how I felt. She then told me she was only one person.
I asked her if we could make an “exception” for me since that was what was happening for other people. She agreed for me to come back Sunday at 12pm.
I messaged her almost immediately after I left, and told her I was sorry if she thought I was being rude, but I was upset for good reason! Customers time is valuable and I was going to spend $5-600 with her. My hand she tattooed has linework that doesn’t connect and needs touched up as well, and now apparently she says she doesn’t feel comfortable tattooing me after our interaction because her malfeasance and bad business. I’m honestly shocked by this horrible experience. She’s an amazi

This place is my new shop! I’ve been tattooed by Eli and Chris and they are both AMAZING! Chris made a tattoo I had that looked like child drew it, into a masterpiece with real depth!! It looks like a totally different tattoo now!! The prices here are very fair, too!! It’s such a chill atmosphere and they are so nice! I love this place!!

Walked in for a small tattoo I wanted and Chris was able to do it right away. He listened to what I wanted, his space was very clean, SUPER light handed, and all around just a great tattoo artist. I will most definitely be back for more ink. Thank you, Chris!

I was 1st very excited to go in and schedule a piercing 🤔🪡for my lip.. but come to find out they were not accepting oral piercing customers at the time (February-2022).. I figured since I had made an hour long drive that I would check out the retail space they had as well; So that it was not a completely wasted trip.
Unfortunately, I was rushed out the door 10 minutes before closing (at 8:50 PM but closing was at 9 PM) that night; where they have a front-end retail area- Heidi's Vintage Garage /vintage clothing store.
🛒🛍I was trying to purchase a couple vintage pieces (given I drove over an hour just to get there..) when I was quickly hustled to pay by the female manager who explained she had been training the new employee whom was ringing me up, since 1:00pm and furthermore explained how she was tired and wanted to go home.. She repeatedly complained about being tired and that the doors would be locked 🔒 at 9:00 PM (closing time.)
🤚☹️💬 I will never go back there again for a piercing, tattoo, or to purchase anything from their retail area EVER AGAIN!
😕I'm kind of bummed about that, As I was expecting a much better experience all around👎.

I got a tattoo from Nico yesterday, and not only was she able to get me in quickly, and give me exactly what I wanted, and do an amazing job on the tattoo itself. The entire shop in general was so wonderful! I had my best friend and my 2 year old with me thinking they were just gonna wait in the car but they were so accommodating and let them sit back with me. They gave my toddler a charging cord for her tablet and a comfy chair to sit in while she ate her snacks :) I 100% will be going back for my future tattoos
