Pierced Hearts Tattoo Parlor

Called to talk about getting my son a tattoo in honor of his grandfathers passing. Introduced myself and asked who I was speaking with so if I sent my son there he would know who to speak with. Guy wouldn’t give me his name and just kept repeating that “this is Pierced Hearts”. I said if you can’t give me a name I will look somewhere else and he said okay and hung up. Seems they think very highly of themselves.

I've had a total of five piercings done (by two piercers) at Pierced Hearts, and have had an exceptional experience every time. Highly recommend. Clean, comfortable space, and kind staff that will answer any question.

Love this place, been coming for years. Both for tattoos & piercings. Very thrown off by a rude girl at the front this weekend. Long brown hair. Super condescending & patronizing when I was asking what I feel were super simple questions. Freaked out when I touched my nose piercing to show her the back, then asked for me to move my nose piercing to see the back 🤯 If I hadn’t know this place was great I would 100% not come back.

Got my nose pierced by Jason and it looks great! Jason and the other staff were super welcoming, reassuring & friendly through the whole process.

I was debating leaving a review but I think it's important to be transparent for the shop to learn and do better for future customers. I am new to the area and was looking up shops to get my rook jewelry replaced. I have had the piercing for over 3 years and was in need of different jewelry. Since the piercing is in a difficult spot, I was also needing the piercer to change the jewelry for me. After combing through Google, I stumbled across Pierced Hearts and loved that they had so many 5 star reviews. I called ahead and filled out necessary jewelry changing paperwork. When I got to the shop, I picked out a very basic piece and it was put in by Cory. I was anticipating paying close to $50 but after everything it was well over $75. Not even 3 days later, the ball came loose and fell out. I called the shop again and was told it would be $8 to replace and that I could come in whenever. When I got to the shop it was super busy and the staff was nice enough to squeeze me in. Price was not discussed before I was taken back and Jasper was able to ensure the piece was secured tightly. I then went to the front where I was told my total was $33. I was shocked but felt cornered to pay since the service had already been completed. I spent a lot of money for not even getting an actual piercing. It's important to note that the piercers were great and the shop's atmosphere was fantastic. I just felt super blindsided by the price and having to go back multiple times for the same issue was not ideal. To respond to the owner's reply below: I appreciate you taking the time to read my review. I did want to note that when the person who was ringing me up who told me the total they were also the one who quoted me $8 over the phone. When they realized they made the mistake they apologized but I was still left in the awkward position of already having the service done and not wanting to cause a scene by arguing with the price. Incredibly kind and patient staff. I have had no trouble getting a hold of them pre or post appointment. I don't want to be pierced anywhere else.

I was actually referred here by a different piercer, and I’m glad I went! Not only were they able to get me in the same day, but the piercer, Jason, as well as the front associates, were incredibly kind and welcoming! I have severe anxiety and felt very comforted here, and my new piercing feels and looks great!

We were late by an hour, and they were busy, but they accommodated us getting my daughter's ears pierced anyway. The tech that did the actual piercing was thoughtful, calm, and quick. He guided my daughter through some breathing exercises to help her get through it. The front desk folks were also nice and helped us out getting in. They gave us a can of saline rinse on the way out to keep the piercings clean. All in all, I was very impressed and would recommend to other parents for their children.

The team helped take care of me when I was given the wrong size jewelry at Laughing Buddha because they care more making a profit than they do the well being of their client. Not only did Pierced Hearts go out of their way to mitigate my pain from the wrong size hoop, they did so with professionalism and compassion. I have had the same experience when I got my helix pierced here in the past. Would definitely recommend!

Have been here twice, always have the highest quality earrings. I did a lot of research before picking a place to get my nose ring several years ago and settled on Pierced Hearts. I’ve never had an infection or any issues with their piercings.

10/10 would recommend Pierced Hearts. My partner and I had a jewelry change appointment scheduled for her yesterday at a different piercing shop (I'll refrain from exposing them). We had paid the appointment deposit but upon arrival they asked how long ago the piercing was done (5 months ago) and sent us away without even looking at the piercing and how healed it was. It wasn't the fact that they said no, but HOW they said no that left a bad taste. There was no offer to inspect the piercing, get a different new piercing instead, or give some education on the healing process of piercings. My partner and I were both bummed since we had been looking forward to this, and based our 1 day off together around this appointment. I called Pierced Hearts to see if they accept walk-ins, and talking to Zack on the phone was a breath of fresh air. He empathized, explained some about the healing process and why timing is important, and told us we could walk in and have a piercer take a look to see if the piercing was ready. Frankie performed the jewelry change, was both kind and professional, and helped us completely redeem our day! Connor was awesome as well. Whoever's in charge of the payroll, get these homies a raise ASAP! <3

Had an amazing experience with 'Just Alan' he is finishing my sleeve and touching up what is there. I will be referring others to get work done with him. I can't wait to go back and continue getting my work done.

Excellent shop! I got my ear piercings here and they turned out great. All of the jewelry is body safe and their advice was spot-on. I would recommend this spot to any one who wants piercings.

I came in a month or so ago to replace my nostril piercing that fell out and the staff were very kind and helpful, and worked hard to find me the right piece. She (I don’t remember her name, sorry) assured me that this new one wouldn’t fall out and it hasn’t! I was also a walk-in and they were able to serve me within a few minutes! Prices were not too bad compared to other nearby shops like Deep Roots. Im gonna be coming back in January for a jewelry change!

Friendly, and professional. Chuck spent extra time to ensure proper placement, and jewelry selection. She puts purposeful intent into the process to help ensure client success, and satisfaction. Looking forward to the next visit.

The people I felt with were kind and no issues with my daughter piercings.

I got my first tattoo last week and Joe was great! He designed my tattoo, which was beautiful and then walked me through the whole process. It's healing very well and I couldn't be happier with the result. You will have to wait to get an appointment and wait for a design but let's face it, you don't want to work with a tattoo artist who has a "walk-ins welcome" sign outside.
