I have had a few body piercings before but I have to say without a doubt that the best experience was today with Chris. I had a couple of piercings replaced and my naval pierced and from start to finish it was by far the best I have had. He was incredibly knowledgeable, took time to explain who he was, how long he had worked in the field and where he had been. He was also super friendly and made me few so comfortable with the whole process. He took a lot of time to make sure that I had the piercing done in the best location, jewelry size and he marked, checked and rechecked position. I can’t say it was pain free but the skill and speed with which he did it and the way he talked through the procedure it was as close to pain free as possible. The whole thing has just made me want even more piercings!! Thanks is Chris for going way above and beyond with your skill, customer service and attention to detail.

Wonderful tattoo and piercing parlor! Kali did a fantastic job of making the process, quick, easy, and enjoyable! Was so pleased with my appointment I had. Josh did a piercing for me and I can't express how pleased I was with the entire procedure. The studio has the best decor and art I've seen after having 18 piercings elsewhere. Clean and sanitary care was taken throughout. I got my septum piercing done in April at Slave to the Needle (which my piercer Chris made such an amazing and comfortable appointment) but I'm writing this review based on today's experience. I naively showed up to buy a new septum clicker without an appointment, and the compassion i received went beyond just a pleasurable customer service experience. Some context is that in that last few months I've been experiencing critical health issues that have left me newly disabled. I was instructed that my beautiful septum ring would have to come out for several upcoming tests/procedures i had to do. I had just crossed the 6month mark and was terrified of taking my piercing out without a spacer because i had no clue how long i would need to go without my septum ring. I had 24hrs to find a spacer and after seeing that Slave to the Needle had to close early that specific day, i ended up at another jewelry shop. I waited two hours to get my ring out at this other shop and the whole time the piercer was telling me i didn't need a spacer and that i was acting overly cautious and just completely disregarded my individual medical needs. Fast forward to today. I had been wanting to get a septum clicker so that i can take my piercing in and out easier for procedures, and i knew i wanted to go back to Slave to the Needle. It's a lot of work for me to leave the house these days, so even though I had been wanting to get this task done for weeks, health and exhaustion always prevented it. So when i showed up today and saw a note on their door that jewelry shopping required an appointment, my heart sank and i was ready to turn around. My partner encouraged me to just go in and check, and by sheer luck they had the time to accommodate me in between things even though it was totally on me for not looking up the policy beforehand. As i said, I'm new to being disabled. I'm still trying to learn how to move around the world and often get met with so much impatience. We had to go up the ti
