Great experience! Dominick did an amazing job on my first tattoo. He has a gentle hand and is very precise with his designs. He also has a warm personality and we enjoyed pleasant conversation while I was getting inked. The parlor is SPOTLESS and has a welcoming vibe. Good music was playing and great movies! Victoria at the front desk was also extremely helpful - appointment scheduling was a breeze. When there was a need to reschedule at the last minute, they were also extremely communicative and accommodating. Excellent customer service. Can't recommend this place enough.

I’ve had two tattoos done by Alissa now, and I only have great things to say! The whole tattoo shop has a really calming vibe to it. I always get nervous before my tattoos, but Alissa is always so kind & she has such a light touch when doing the tattoos! She recently gave me my favorite tattoo so far- one of my service dog! This place is pretty awesome! Super clean, organized and inviting, def not your average tattoo shop. I scheduled a free consultation with Dominick, he spent a lot of time with me discussing design ideas and answering my questions, he used an ipad to show me design iterations so I knew what the finished tattoo would look like, and my tattoo turned out amazing! I would definitely recommend checking this place out!

Came in for a walk in with a friend today. Not only did they take multiple liberties leaving the finished product unlike the original picture but took over 3 hours to do the tattoo which isn’t even the size of my palm in an effort to have me pay much more than I should’ve. She didn’t even finish it. I had to ask the artist multiple times to avoid certain areas that she had already been over 20 plus times, my entire tattoo is completely raw and oozing ink and blood unlike anything I’ve ever seen. I have body parts completely covered in tattoos and have never experienced anything like this. I will be updating with pictures of the tattoo and the original reference photos any response by the owner is simply an attempt to deny responsibility and should be treated this way. Union Ave and Brass Monkey are much better options.

My roommate went and got his adoption symbol tattoo touched up at this establishment. The outside of the establishment was put together nicely and the inside of the establishment was extremely put together. The vibe in there is chill, clean, and complimentary. The floor was clean, the lighting was right, the decor was on point. The furniture couch, love seat, and arm chair was victorian, firm, velour emerald green. There was a complimentary case of drinks and chips which included the peach oolong tea which was refreshing. The bathroom was very cleanly and contained 2 diagrams of a tattoo needle from its origins dating back to the 19th century. I also particularly liked that the bathroom had feminine needs in 2 glass jars. The accented corner wall adjacent to the bathroom held an assortment of inviting books. There were 2 tattoo artists there that night, 1 was working on an individual with a precision screen device for precise work. That's an upgrade of useful technology. My roommate had work done as I mentioned and it turned out very well. The tattoo artist working on him was named Dominic. He listened and had a clear understanding to what my roommate was requesting done and was accommodated. The music was chill electronic music and felt like a spa of sorts. Also the curtains were electronic. Just a stunning tattoo shop experience.

Rose Cutter is located on Tacoma Ave. next to the Camp bar. I randomly found it on Google. It looked like a good place so I gave it a try. I was not having a good week at all but when I came in Dominick greeted me in a warm and welcoming way. So I immediately felt like I was in good hands. The environment was very comfortable. They had good music playing, couches, bright lights, and it was clean & sanitary. Dominick was careful to help me with what I wanted. I didn’t feel rushed at all. During my tattoo I was able to lay back on a very comfortable bed, and listen to my own music, and just chill. Dominick somehow does his work in a way that doesn’t hurt too bad, plus he’s talented. I didn’t doubt for a minute that my tattoo would look great. But I absolutely love my tattoo. The lines are clean and beautiful. Never had an easier time getting a tattoo. I will definitely be going back for new work or to get old work touched up. Highly recommend!!
