I got a helix piercing here and my sister-in-law got her second lobes done. Yita was efficient and good at her job. I told her that I tend to get light-headed and she ended up getting me an apple juice and a lollipop. So sweet! I normally only go to APP certified piercers, but they had good reviews and I know enough that I could call it off if there were red flags. I do wish that their selection of piercing jewelry had more threadless or internally threaded options. I think they had them available, but they weren't using them for piercing. They did have some titanium jewelry, but nothing in a plain silver color that I could see. Otherwise, the selection was great if you're looking for jewelry for an existing piercing.

I loved Yita so much. She has such a warm, fun, welcoming vibe, super easy to get along with. She was so bubbly and excited to give me exactly the piercing I wanted. We went over placement many times to get it just right. The actual piercing was super quick and easy, and the bar length she picked out has turned out to be just the perfect size to accommodate the mild amount of swelling I've experienced. By far the most fun, enjoyable, and least painful piercing experience I've ever had!!!

Hope this review saves someone the trouble. Myself and 2 others came into this shop back in July to get our daiths pierced and I am pretty certain all 3 of our piercings were done incorrectly. All 3 of us have experienced nothing but problems throughout the last few months and every other piercer we’ve spoken with also agrees they were done incorrectly. Wish we had gone somewhere else that didn’t leave us with disfigured ears. BEWARE.

I was impressed with the girl who did the piercing, but unfortunately the girl who did the paperwork was very rude. She ignored me and rolled her eyes when I talked. My God daughter also got a piercing and as soon as we left, she said the same thing about the front desk worker having a really bad attitude with her as well.

got a nose piercing here, an hour later blood was randomly POURING and wouldn’t stop. i called and asked for advice and the lady was very rude and just said “i don’t know” and that’s it. now over a year later, it’s red every single day no matter what i do. it was obviously pierced wrong

I did something very spontaneous that I’ve always wanted to do and that was start with a nose stud. My friend and I both went and she’s been there and the people where so sweet. They noticed I was Diabetic and got me a juice just in case I needed the sugar. Yita was so helpful and so sweet on me. She was very proud of me and the two employees there were so kind. The piercing was perfect and I was so happy with the results. I would so give more stars to them. Thank you so much for the good service and making me feel safe. 💙💙
