Extremely unprofessional. When we first went to him he was extremely responsive and seemed to be a great choice. Only to find out that he can’t keep us word and acts like a child when questioned. He told us at the appointment he didn’t believe the color would stay and he would have no issue touching it up without charge. We did all the care he recommended and by the time. It was healed it looked like the photos below. I sent him a message and he ghosted me. I waited a couple weeks and sent him another message he asked me to give him a few weeks to get moved into his new location and I agreed and contacted him a few weeks later he then proceeded to tell me he was going to charge me over half of what I paid originally to touch it up and if I don’t like it I can go elsewhere because it’s his business and he can switch up if he want to. He is unprofessional and doesn’t finish the job.

Rudy did an amazing job with my tattoo, I am completely satisfied with the atmosphere he created. I was very comfortable and he even put Netflix on for me so I wouldn't focus on the pain. Price is great and very professional. I definitely recommend him 😎
