Got a PA piercing a few days ago and Jennifer did a great job. She was very knowledgeable and kind. Will be back for future piercings for sure.

Jennifer was just amazing!! She was so sweet, and explained everything so well before doing anything. Then after she explained how to care for my new Piercing! She did not rush me, and answered all of my questions. This shop was super clean, everyone was friendly. Great vibes all around. I’m so glad I chose this shop for my Septum Piercing!

Very unprofessional. Tattoo receptionist was rude. The tattoo artist mocked the tattoo idea. When trying to figure out the exact tattoo design, was not open and communicative. He had an attitude about making adjustments to the design. Ended up leaving and went somewhere else. Hands down worse shop I’ve stepped foot into. Granted, the tattoo artist may do great work, i don’t know. Couldn’t get past the unprofessionalism of the shop to find out.

My sister and I went to get our noses pierced. We had such a great experience. Jenn and the other artists were amazing! A friendly and professional establishment, I highly recommend them. They are very serious about their COVID protocols, which made us feel safe.

Very professional and staff with amazing personalities. Piercer was extremely thorough with instructions and the process of the piercing. Room was clean. Definitely will be back for more. 100% Recommend.

Jennifer is amazing! She explained the full piercing process, her tools, aftercare, and so much more when I went in for my lobe piercings. She was so sweet, too! Definitely recommend her!

I can't say enough positive things about this place. The modern tattoo parlor, the cleanest shop I've ever been in. The artists are fantastic, my experience with Hans was exceptional. They were able to express a natural sense of artistry and a deftness with the needle. I'm very impressed with the ownership and the shop should be awarded for the general Above & Beyond nature of the experience. Best in Charleston hands down. Give them all your money.

Max and Hans are amazing artists!! I will always recommend this place for tattoos and piercings!! Amber also pierced my daughters ears and was AMAZING and made sure my baby was comfortable thru out the whole thing!!

I've had 2 tattoos done by Hans. They worked with me and gave me exactly what I wanted and at the time I didn't even know what that was. I wouldn't reccomend anywhere but here. Really professional and the best tattoo work I've ever had! If you're in the market for a new tattoo artist this is the place to be. Check out their instagram, it speaks for itself.

I’ve been going to Electric Sanctuary Tattoo since August 2021 and have had a phenomenal experience. My tattooer has been Hans and they are excellent in what they do. I came in wanting a sleeve which involved a coverup and they took my arm and turned it into an amazing piece. You can’t even tell it was a cover up. We have had 4 sessions so far and each session has been way above standard or what I even expected. They are very communicated in what they plan to do and accomplish. Hans is by far the best tattooer I have ever been to, to be able to free hand floral just from thought is shocking to me. That takes so much talent and skill. I’m in love with my sleeve and can not wait to finish it and start on a new project! Pricing, scheduling, cleanliness and environment of the shop is great. 10/10 recommend Electric Sanctuary for your tattoo or piercing experience. You will not be disappointed.

Called several times over the course of three hours and nobody answered. Also come down to the shop and no one would answer the door. Either door. Could hear someone getting a tattoo but couldn’t get any answers in any form. Bad customer service.

This is the cleanest tattoo shop I've been in. Everyone who works here that I encountered was very kind and professional. They are very covid conscious. If you are looking for a place to get a piercing or a tattoo, I highly recommend checking this place out.

Had sleeve appointment booked for two months. Confirmed the appointment weeks before the set date. Showed up the day of the appointment, was stated that I didn’t have one even when I had messages that said otherwise. Never heard back from the artist. Won’t be going back.

Amber was very kind and extremely thoughtful of my daughter who was getting a helix piercing. She was gentle and explained everything thoroughly before, during and after. We were very pleased!

Tattoo artist made us feel dumb about what we were getting. Went on many rants, and took forever to set-up. Please go somewhere else.

Jen was absolutely amazing. And one of the sweetest people I’ve ever encountered! Went to have 2 dermals removed that had been placed 2 years ago, the process was super easy and painless. And there will be little to no scarring 😊 and they are the only piercers I’ve found that will actually remove them in the Charleston area.
