I came here and got my nose pierced 3 weeks ago. The piercer was knowledgeable and friendly. The piercing was placed perfectly. However, he did tell me to call back when I felt I was ready to get my starter ring changed to a regular hoop. I have called 3 times and left 2 voicemails since my piercing and no reply still. I am hoping that the guy is okay otherwise I think this is pretty unprofessional. Now, I have to go to a different piercer and pay just to have my hoop changed out when I already paid for my next piece of jewelry from this guy.

My friend and I came down to Appleton from upper Michigan and chose to get a tattoo and a nose piercing from here. We were a little worried at first but he was amazing!
